After witnessing the purification and rebirth of the Sunwell, several enormous adult Blue Dragons flew over the Sunwell. One Blue Dragon so massive that even the chamber housing the Sunwell could not contain it hovered above Sunwell Plateau.

"I am Malygos the Spell-Weaver, guardian of Azeroth's ley lines and Dragon King of the Blue Dragonflight."

This colossal Blue Dragon was none other than Malygos the Spell-Weaver, one of the five Dragon Kings—and Rend's father-in-law.

"I have come in accordance with the thousands-year-old alliance between the Kingdom of Quel'Thalas and the Blue Dragonflight, to celebrate the reborn Sunwell. The Blue Dragonflight has always recognized the Sin'dorei of Quel'Thalas, who remembered the lessons of their past and used magic with caution."

The adult Blue Dragons circled Malygos the Spell-Weaver's immense form. Then, a powerful blessing representing Azeroth's laws of magic descended into the Sunwell. A special magical symbol appeared above Anveena's head, the Sunwell's incarnation.

"This is the Spell-Weaver's blessing. Accept it, elves of Quel'Thalas. I hope you will continue to remember the lessons of your ancestors and use magic with caution."

Among the five Dragon Kings' blessings, only Nordrassil, the World Tree, had received one before, preventing it from being corrupted by the Old Gods or drawing the Burning Legion's attention.

As he looked at the blessing energy surrounding the Sunwell, its excess power was completely contained. Outside forces in Azeroth would find it difficult to pry into the Sunwell's power.
