He exhausted his available resources, personally requested assistance from Shrek’s higher-ups, and prompted his great-grandfather Mu En to secretly investigate her whereabouts, but no useful lead emerged 3.

He frequently returned to Sea God Lake, the place where he had first met Tang Ya, dwelling on their memories and promises.
