After Juvia wrapped the half-dead Jose in a water sphere, Aibo teleported everyone directly to Levy's side.
They happened to see Levy use Word Magic to create a "sticky silk-thread cage," wrapping Gajeel into a "cocoon" and locking all four of his limbs, leaving him unable to move.
Gajeel had lost to Levy!
Natsu immediately stepped forward to mock him. "Hahaha! You useless Iron Dragon! You can't even beat Levy, and you dared come provoke our guild!? What a loser!"

Aibo reached out and patted her head. He was now a little taller than Levy. She was only five foot one and had not grown any taller for years, becoming a tiny big sister.
