Goku Gets Sick

After the banquet ended, Whis and Beerus left Earth!

Gohan stayed on Earth because he wanted to spend time with his daughter, Pan!

As Gohan's master, Ōten also temporarily stayed at Gohan's home!

Hearing that Ōten would not be returning to the Destruction God's Realm made Beerus secretly pleased for quite a while!

At Goku's house!

"I'm full!"

Goku said, clutching his stomach!

Chi-Chi, who was serving the food, twitched at the corner of her mouth and cried out, "What on earth is wrong with you, Goku?"

"You only ate half of what you normally do!"

Goku looked as though he had no appetite at all!

Goten, standing nearby, also wore a worried expression. "Dad, what's wrong?"

Goku said softly, "I don't know why, but I have no appetite!"

Chi-Chi immediately pressed her forehead against Goku's. "Do you have a fever?"

"No!"

Chi-Chi looked grief-stricken. "Are you dying?"

Hearing Chi-Chi's words, Goku looked completely unconcerned. "I've already died twice!"

"This time, I don't feel like I'm going to die!"

Chi-Chi still looked worried. "But you can't even eat! That's just ridiculous!"

"What's going on?"

In truth, Chi-Chi was worrying too much. Goku had already emptied an entire table of bowls. Perhaps Saiyan stomachs were simply different—half of Goku's usual meal was probably enough to feed an ordinary person for a month!

Goku said softly, "Actually, I didn't want to make you worry!"

Goku then recalled how, when he had gone out to buy something, his body had suddenly stopped obeying him!

Even his flight technique had failed. Goku fell from the sky and even got a huge bump on his head!

After hearing Goku's account, Chi-Chi became even more worried. "Can you figure out what caused it?"

"If we ask an ordinary doctor to examine Goku's extraordinary body, they definitely won't find anything!"

Then Chi-Chi suddenly thought of a good idea!

"Right, why don't you ask King Kai?"

Goku looked unconcerned. "I told you, I'm fine. Don't make a big deal out of it!"

Just then, Goten fell asleep on Goku's lap. As Goten looked at Goku, Chi-Chi looked at him as well!

With no other choice, Goku stood up!

"All right, I'll be back soon!"

Instant Transmission activated!

Goku arrived in an unfamiliar bedroom!

He looked around and said, "This doesn't look like King Kai's house!"

"Where is this?"

Unable to figure it out, Goku simply sat down on the bed!

Just then, Bulma, having just finished bathing, walked out with only a towel wrapped around her body!

"Hey, Vegeta!"

"Tomorrow is Trunks's sports day. At least show your face!"

When she turned on the light, she discovered Goku staring at her!

Seeing who it was, Goku greeted her. "Ah... hi!"

Bulma screamed and hurriedly pulled the towel tighter around herself!

Vegeta rushed in at once!

"What happened?"

When he saw Son Goku sitting on the bed, he cried out, "Kakarot!"

Goku narrowed his eyes. "Yo!"

Bulma pressed a button on the wall, and Goku was immediately surrounded by a pile of high-tech weapons!

"Are you ready?"

Goku looked innocent. "I told you, I didn't do it on purpose!"

Bulma shouted, "Then what happened?"

"How would I know?"

"I wouldn't go out of my way to someone else's house just to look at sagging..."

Vegeta and Bulma's faces instantly turned red!

Vegeta roared, "Kakarot!"

Son Goku realized he had misspoken. After saying sorry, he used Instant Transmission to leave!

Son Goku then appeared in succession at Krillin's place and Arale's place!

In the end, he stopped atop Korin Tower and muttered, "This is troublesome. It's more serious than I imagined!"

At last, he finally arrived at King Kai's place!

King Kai gave Goku a thorough examination!

"You have Delayed Qi Disorder!"

"If you use your qi recklessly, then after a few days, you may no longer be able to control it!"

Goku froze. "Use it recklessly?"

He recalled how, during his match with Ōten, he had forcibly used the Tenfold Kaioken while in Super Saiyan Blue!

"Because of the Kaioken?"

After looking through medical books, King Kai reached a conclusion. "It'll get better on its own after a while!"

"Although you'll recover..."

"You absolutely can't abuse things like the Tenfold Kaioken anymore!"

Goku looked puzzled. "But Lord Ōten also used the Kaioken. He even used the Twentyfold Kaioken on top of Super Saiyan 5. Why is he fine?"

Goku's question stumped King Kai, but Goku kept pressing him for answers!

Finally losing patience, King Kai roared, "You're driving me crazy!"

"Can you compare yourself to Lord Inspector?"

"He's a great god, a god even greater than Lord Beerus! You're just a mortal!"

After hearing King Kai's answer, Goku's face fell!

"Then what should I do?"

"There's still the fighting tournament held by Zeno next time!"

King Kai said that Goku had to go home and obediently lie down, and that he could not get any stronger either!

With no other choice, Goku decided to ask Ōten for advice!

Chi-Chi and Goten were still sitting at home, waiting for Goku to return!

Just then, Chi-Chi pulled along the awakened Goten and glared at Goku furiously!

Then, with another loud crash, the house behind them was instantly reduced to rubble!

Goku wore an apologetic smile. "I'm back!"

The veins on Chi-Chi's forehead bulged!

"Goku!!!"

Goku had demolished the house!

With no other choice, Goku, Chi-Chi, and Goten went to Gohan's home!

At that moment, Gohan was training with Ōten!

The two floated in the air, their bodies shining with mysterious light!

Meanwhile, Piccolo wore a kindly, motherly smile as he looked after Gohan's daughter!

Goku immediately greeted Gohan and Ōten!

"Hi!"

"Gohan!"

"Lord Ōten!"

Hearing his voice, Ōten and Gohan immediately stopped training and slowly descended to the ground!

"Yo, Goku!"

"What brings you here?"

Gohan immediately ran over excitedly. "Dad!"

Goku said awkwardly, "Something happened, so I plan to stay here for a few days!"

Goku then told Ōten about what had been happening to him recently!

After he finished, Goku and Gohan both looked nervously at Ōten!

Ōten was startled inwardly and slowly closed his eyes!

"This is a side effect of Goku's Kaioken. More importantly, it may be a sign that his Ultra Instinct training is about to succeed!"

"During the martial arts tournament, he had already grasped the beginnings of Ultra Instinct. It seems I was right!"

After opening his eyes, Ōten looked at the nervous Goku and Gohan. He thought for a moment before saying slowly, "It's not a serious problem. Don't worry!"

"Come, sit down!"

When he heard Goku say he was better, Gohan immediately smiled as well!

Ōten looked at Goku. "For the next few days, train with Gohan and me!"

The moment Goku heard that he could train again, he became even more excited!

When King Kai had told him not to train and to just lie down and rest, he had truly felt awful!
