Background / History

Minato arrives at the Hidden Leaf frontline during the Third Shinobi World War after sensing violent chakra fluctuations and witnessing the Rock ninja's rout. He sees Kamizuki Yu erase a Rock jonin with Kamui and is immediately shaken by the unknown genin's space-time ninjutsu. Though cautious of Yu's unexplained strength, Minato invites him to the frontline command tent and confirms his battlefield achievements to Shikaku Nara and the other commanders. 2 3
