Background

Li Mingyuan is a second-time transmigrator. In his previous life, he entered the Naruto world during its Warring States period with no initial enhancements, completed the system’s designated main quest, and became the nominal leader of a unified nation supported by Hashirama and Madara. The strain of that life left his body burned out; after retirement, he died from angina in his study. 1 5

Determined to recruit Nami and begin disrupting the original story, Li Mingyuan boards a cargo ship headed toward Arlong Park as a paid guard. When Fish-Men sabotage the vessel, he kills the attackers, recovers his stolen money, and forces the thief Carina to travel with him until she can repay a 20-million-Beli ransom. 7 13 18 22

Arlong Park Assault

Li Mingyuan attacks Arlong Park directly, defeats Hachi, protects Carina and Nami, eliminates the remaining Fish-Men, and confronts Arlong alone. He ultimately follows Arlong underwater and kills him with Flash Slash, ending the Arlong Pirates’ control of the island. 30 32 33 35

Aftermath and Recognition
