Starting with Dual Kamui: Raising the Rebel Flag in One Piece

Having died once already, Li Mingyuan opens his eyes to find himself in the world of One Piece.

Armed with a 'diploma' from Naruto's Warring States Period and a freshly acquired pair of Kamui eyes, he receives a mission from the system: overthrow the World Government.

"Overthrow the World Government? Me?"

He glances at the cannon fire suddenly erupting outside his window, then reaches up to touch his eyes.

Li Mingyuan sighs, gazing toward the smoke-shrouded harbor. "But if someone insists on lobbing firecrackers right outside my window..."
