A Soul Ring is fused into a Soul Master's Martial Soul and can provide a major increase in Soul Power as well as Soul Skills. Ye Hua's first ring settled around the Coiling Dragon Staff after descending from his consciousness through his meridians. 10

Acquisition

• Soul Rings can be obtained after a Soul Beast is killed. Tang San absorbed the pale-white ring left by a thirty-year Solitary Bamboo, while Ye Hua acquired the Mandala Snake's ring after defeating it. 13 15
• A Soul Beast may voluntarily preserve its soul within a Soul Ring as a Soul Spirit, avoiding the resentment and struggle associated with forced absorption. 196 197
• A voluntary fifty-thousand-year Soul Spirit contract allowed Xiao Wu to form her fifth ring smoothly and advance directly to rank 52. 197

Soul Ring Growth

Ye Hua's system unlocks Soul Ring Growth, allowing a selected ring's age to be increased by consuming Spirit Bones and Soul Power. Spirit Bones convert at a one-to-one age ratio; a three-thousand-year Spirit Bone adds three thousand years to the chosen ring. 20
