Tom's Taming Plan [Please Vote]

After leaving the Headmaster's Office, Kane headed straight for the Potions classroom, intending to give Tom a proper lesson there.

After Snape had bullied everyone except Kane during the last Potions class, the four of them now had a new choice when it came to seating arrangements.

Kane was the top choice for a deskmate. As for Harry...

If Snape had not forbidden it, Harry would have been swept into the Potions trash heap by the other three and made to sit beside the bin.

In short, after a fight scene worthy of Fist of Fury, Hermione ultimately came out on top. Harry was still weak from the knockout drug Dobby had slipped him yesterday, and his combat ability was as pitiful as it could get.

As for Ron... everyone knew that girls at eleven or twelve were fast and fierce, so naturally Ron could not out-elbow Hermione.

And throughout the entire class, Hermione finally experienced just how happy Kane, this Celestial Dragon, usually was. Seriously, even in Snape's strictest class, Kane could sit there drawing stick-figure Snape in a notebook, and Snape could not be bothered to deal with him.

Kane helplessly pursed his lips. Tom was rather concerned about saving face. With that thought, he slowly let a tiny wisp of shadow fall onto the notebook. He knew Tom could definitely sense just how extraordinary that wisp of shadow was.
