Background / History

Qin Li was born to Qin Feng and Hu Liena in a parallel world and grew up within Spirit Hall. Ghost Douluo and Chrysanthemum Douluo were particularly protective of her, treating the young girl with grandfatherly affection. 2

At six, she awakened the Nine-Tailed Fox and Eastern Emperor Bell as Twin Martial Souls, with Rank 30 innate soul power. Qin Feng chose to personally oversee her cultivation, while Hu Liena instructed her to complete the Nine-Tailed Fox’s Soul Ring configuration before adding rings to the Eastern Emperor Bell. 6

Qin Feng also taught her the Nine Swords of Dugu. By age seven, she had attained in one year a level of swordsmanship that Hu Liena had not reached after three years of study. 7 At ten, after becoming a Soul King, Qin Li left Spirit Hall to train until reaching Titled Douluo level. At twelve, Gu Yuena gave her a Heaven-Given Spirit Ring and a set of 300,000-year soul bones before bringing her to Slaughter City at Qin Feng’s request. 12

Qin Li spent three years in Slaughter City, winning one hundred consecutive battles and passing Hell Road.
