Background

Before enrolling at Eastsea Academy, Tang Wulin practiced forging for several years. His body was tempered through training with a Thousand-Forged Deep Silver Hammer, giving him exceptional physical strength and durability. He carries the dormant bloodline of the Golden Dragon King, which informs his view that talent alone is insufficient without hard work and opportunity. 1 3

Tang Wulin arrives at Eastsea Academy with Xie Xie on enrollment day. His first major encounter is a sudden spar with Yun Ying at the academy gate, where his bloodline instinctively activates in response to her threat. Wu Changkong interrupts before either combatant can finish the fight. 1
