Sunset Forest.
A ten-year spirit deer wandered through the woods. Thin mist curled around it, floating gently through the air like white gauze, while the trees stood quietly beneath the azure sky, spreading their branches to welcome the sunlight.
Sunlight streamed through the overlapping leaves like strands of fine golden sand, scattering patches of light across the grass. Crystal-clear dewdrops sparkled there amid the fragrance of grass, flowers, and damp earth. Countless little flowers competed to poke their heads out of the soil, white, red, and yellow, twinkling like stars and filling the forest floor with vibrant color.
In the fragrant woods, the spirit deer breathed in the scent of flowers and grass, basking in the sunshine and losing itself in this dreamlike paradise.
Listen.
Orioles sang, pigeons cooed, finches chirped, magpies chattered, and crows whistled. All kinds of sounds echoed through the forest, filling it with joy and life.
Look.
Colorful butterflies danced through the woods, welcoming every visitor. Amid the lush forest, the spirit deer chased and sang with the birds, frolicking and laughing with the butterflies.
Deeper in the forest, streams murmured, springs tinkled, and leaves rustled. Beneath the sunlight, the water flowed quietly, clear enough to see the bottom. Cheerful little fish occasionally leaped from the surface to greet the spirit deer. Here, the emerald water and blue sky seemed exceptionally clear and transparent, without a speck of dust.
But in the very next moment, the spirit deer crashed headfirst into something hard. The rebound sent it landing on its rump, and it looked around with an innocent expression.
Before it, the light and shadows cast by the Camouflage Pottery Soul Tool gradually faded, revealing an elite unit of the Holy Dragon Army tempered in the fires of war.
The soldier the spirit deer had struck
