Overlooking the Oasis, Heart Set on the Future

Dawn broke faintly, and golden sunlight, like a gentle brush, slowly painted across Sunagakure's Kazekage Rock. The statue of the Fourth Kazekage, Rasa, gazed forward with solemn majesty. Beside it, upon an uncarved section of cliff reserved for the future, a figure stood quietly, bathed in the light of daybreak.

It was Shaye.

He had refused to ride Freedom Gundam or any flying puppet. Instead, relying on his increasingly refined control of Magnet Release and the formidable physical qualities of his Sage Body, he had climbed this summit with his bare hands. He wanted to overlook this land into which he had poured countless efforts in the most "primitive," yet intimate, way possible.

From here, his view opened up completely, and the magnificent panorama of all Sunagakure and its surrounding regions slowly unfolded before his eyes.

The first thing he saw was the vibrant Sunagakure beneath his feet. It was no longer the difficult fortress from his memories, wrapped in endless yellow sand and cast in dull gray tones. Now, the village was surrounded by layers upon layers of green. Windbreak forests stood like loyal guards, firmly keeping the sandstorms at the outskirts. Within the village, artificial canals shimmered in the light, reflecting the blue sky and the graceful willows along their banks. The streets were clean, the trees cast deep shade, and the fountain in the central square refracted tiny rainbows beneath the sun. Carpets of vegetation spread across the rooftops in gentle swathes of green, complementing the children running across the distant training grounds.

Wisps of cooking smoke rose into the air, mingling with the fragrance of breakfast and the freshness of plants before drifting to his nose on the breeze. It was the scent of peace, abundance, and life, utterly different from the air of the past,
