Background / History

Mo Qianye first intervenes when Jiang Yuandong attempts to ambush Su Chen outside Nording City. He kills the two accompanying Great Soul Masters with purple netherfire, neutralizes Jiang’s wolf-shaped soul skill, and burns away Jiang’s Gray Shadow Wolf martial soul. His hatred for Spirit Hall is immediate and absolute. 3

After Su Chen leaves Jiang alive, Mo Qianye proposes a shared objective: Spirit Hall’s destruction. He accepts Su Chen’s condition that every action proceed according to Su Chen’s timing, then accompanies him into the Star Dou Great Forest as his first companion. 3

Mo later reveals that the Nether Phoenix Clan was exterminated. He regards Su Chen as one of only three people since that event who have made him bleed, alongside the enemy responsible for the massacre and Xiao Wu. 46
