Background / History

Bibi Dong was summoned from the Spirit World by Long Xiao alongside Gu Rong, Qian Daoliu, and Bo Saixi. Initially, she refused to acknowledge him as her master, confident that her own talent would let her thrive in the Mystic Heaven Continent. After witnessing Long Xiao overwhelm Gu Rong and Qian Daoliu, her loyalty was forcibly raised to its maximum; she thereafter addressed him as “my lord,” while retaining her cold and domineering manner toward others. 2

During the seizure of Black Mountain Stronghold, Bibi Dong carried the still-flightless Long Xiao into battle. After the stronghold became the Divine Sect’s foundation, Long Xiao entrusted her with its finances and logistics rather than assigning the work to Gu Rong. 3

She cultivated with Long Xiao and Bo Saixi after the group’s power was converted to the Mystic Heaven Continent’s system. By that point, Bibi Dong had reached the Eighth Layer of the Tiangang Realm, and she noted that her former soul skills had lost their special attributes but gained greater destructive force. 6

Following the Divine Sect’s construction, she became manager of the Treasure Vault. She continued to act as Long Xiao’s chief financial aide as the sect acquired Spirit Stones, imperial gifts, and other resources. 19 46
