Background

Chen Bing practices traditional Chinese medicine in New York’s Chinatown and owns the neighboring medicinal-herb shop. After finding Lin Hai injured following a roadside accident, he brings him to the clinic for treatment and offers him work caring for the shop’s plants. 1
