Background
The Spirit Hall Empire emerged from Spirit Hall and the Qian Family’s long-standing belief that the continent’s divided political order perpetuated wars that their protection of the Soul Master world had failed to prevent. The idea of replacing the two great empires with a single regime persisted into Qian Xunji’s era, when Qian Daoliu decided to pursue unification at minimal cost. That plan instead preceded the destruction of the Qian Family’s legacy. 21
Under Pontiff Bibi Dong, the empire began assembling Soul Master legions to invade the Tiandou and Star Luo Empires. She viewed the Tiandou Imperial Family’s destruction by Qian Daoliu as an opportunity: without its rulers, Tiandou would fragment into competing factions and become vulnerable to annexation. 26
The empire publicly frames conquest as the route to peace. Its soldiers are told that eliminating all forces resisting continental unification will end the recurring regional wars between the two empires and establish a single new order. 56

Sea God Island Expedition
Bibi Dong formally declared war on Sea God Island and ordered an expedition led by the Seven Great Offerings. She presented the island as an enemy of continental unity and vowed that the force would not return until it had been destroyed. 56
The expedition sailed aboard dozens of warships carrying more than 8,000 elite Soul Masters. Its command group included Qian Daoliu, six other Super Douluo-level offerings, Ye Cangming, seven Titled Douluo elders, and the Angel Legion. 62 67
At Sea God Island, the empire’s disciplined legion overwhelmed more than 5,000 poorly coordinated sea soul masters despite their home-field advantage. The Offering Hall suppressed the Seven Pillar Douluo, while the Angel Legion and Elder Hall forces crushed the coastal defenses. 69 70
The campaign ended with Tang Hao’s death at Ye Cangming’s hands, the execution of all seven Pillar Guardian Douluo, and the collapse of Sea God Island’s remaining defenders. 76
Conquest of Tiandou
Qian Daoliu’s earlier destruction of Heaven Dou City, the Tiandou Imperial Family, and much of the empire’s central leadership left Tiandou unable to coordinate its provinces, nobles, and military forces. 81 82
Bibi Dong divided the empire’s remaining forces between a main invasion of Tiandou and a secondary front to contain Star Luo. The main army defeated Tiandou’s fragmented defenders individually and encircled Marshal Gelong’s final army. 81
After Gelong was killed, Bibi Dong ordered him given a lavish burial in recognition of his loyalty, then directed the complete occupation of Tiandou territory.
