Background
Jiang Ming was a modern man who transmigrated after working himself to exhaustion and awakened as a newborn of the Jiang Imperial Clan. His birth confounded a prediction that the clan would receive an imperial daughter, but Jiang Lingtian publicly named him Jiang Ming and declared him the clan’s Imperial Son. His Golden Eyes revealed the Emperor-level Solar Divine Body, prompting hopes that he could become the clan’s first Great Emperor in nearly ten thousand years 1.
At age three, Jiang Lingtian personally passed down the Emperor-grade Crimson Sun Heaven-Burning Art. Jiang Ming opened an exceptional ten-zhang crimson qi sea and began cultivating Sun Power rather than ordinary spiritual energy 1 2. Though born into immense privilege and supplied with rare food, treasures, techniques, and servants, he eventually left the Jiang Clan to explore the outside world at age nine 2.
Appearance
Jiang Ming is a black-haired youth with striking Golden Eyes, a tall, slender build, and an unusually imposing bearing for his age. When he openly displays his status, he wears dragon-patterned black-and-gold robes and carries Sacred Artifacts befitting an Imperial Son 39 44.
- Brilliant Golden Eyes, the visible mark of his Solar Divine Body 1.
- Black hair, often tied in a high ponytail 39 44.
- Dragon-Pattern Blackgold Robe, which conceals a Peak Sacred Artifact’s defensive power 39.
- His appearance and youthful age frequently cause opponents to underestimate him before learning his identity or strength 31 36.
Personality
Jiang Ming is leisurely, irreverent, and openly indulgent. He often treats cultivation as an inconvenience compared with food, travel, entertainment, and comfort, yet advances with absurd ease whenever he chooses to cultivate 2 32. He prefers carriages to walking or flying, spends Supreme-Grade Spirit Stones without concern, and frequently mocks people who try to impress or threaten him 21 30.
His conduct is strongly shaped by status and power. Jiang Ming is confident that strength grants authority, and he can be brutally possessive or ruthless toward those who defy him; this culminates in his forced extraction of Liu Qingqing’s Lunar Yin Power, which kills her 26 80. Conversely, he is protective of people he accepts into his circle, including his maidservants, Little Fish, Ye Lingyao, and Chen Xuanjia 22 47 66.
Abilities & Skills
Solar Divine Body
Jiang Ming’s Emperor-level physique grants him Golden Eyes and extraordinary affinity with solar power.
- Produces high-quality Sun Power through the Crimson Sun Heaven-Burning Art rather than ordinary spiritual energy 1 2.
- His Golden Eyes can intimidate demonic beasts, suppress opponents, unleash destructive beams, and evolve crimson-gold streaks after absorbing Lunar Yin Power 3 24 80.
- His Solar Divine Body and imperial constitution contain unusually abundant Heavenly Dao Essence, making him central to Jiang Jiuhe’s plan to seize Heavenly Dao Authority 86.

- Incinerates enemies, melts ice and Spirit Water, destroys lightning techniques, and suppresses fire-based opponents 7 23 79.
- Developed techniques including Tribulation Flame Dragon, Undying Fire Fist, Heaven’s Thread, and Fiery Eyes 23 24 79.
- His Sunfire subdued and eventually merged with the soul-attacking Netherworld Underworld Flame after two years of refinement 59 60.
- His fire remains limited by his cultivation level when using Imperial-tier offensive arts; forcing the Sun-Sundering Heaven Technique at the Nascent Soul Realm severely weakened him 30.
Crimson Sun Heaven-Burning Art

- Draws solar power into the body and opens a crimson qi sea 1.

An Emperor-level Phoenix Clan movement technique.
- Forms scarlet wings behind Jiang Ming’s shoulders for rapid aerial movement and repeated flashes 2.
- Lets him travel swiftly across battlefields and pursue escaping enemies 2 24.
- Requires far less exertion than his offensive Imperial Art because it does not draw directly on the power of heaven and earth 30.
Sun-Sundering Heaven Technique
Jiang Ming’s principal Imperial-tier offensive divine ability.
- Condenses Sun Power into an overwhelmingly destructive strike or crimson saber-blade 2 30.
- Forced the Tribulation Transcendence-level Nine-Infant Dao to retreat and carved a massive canyon through the Hundred Woods Realm 39.
- Previously destroyed the incomplete Four Symbols Realm, causing the False Spirit Realm to collapse into the Interdomain 30.
- Its immense burden makes it dangerous to use before Jiang Ming’s cultivation is sufficiently high 30.
Heavenly Dao Authority
After entering the Dao Realm, Jiang Ming became the bearer of Heavenly Dao Authority.
- His physical body was converted into Heavenly Dao Essence, leaving him as a partially transformed soul 86.

- Jiang Ming views this authority as a possible means of restoring or resurrecting Ye Lingyao 86.

Jiang Ming can wield high-level artifacts beyond the reach of ordinary cultivators.
- Took control of the damaged Yin-Yang Life-and-Death Mirror through an incantation inherited from Jiang Yuyi 68.
- Used the mirror to manifest a colossal hand that crushed hostile cultivators and later collapsed an entire mirror-space to eliminate multiple enemies 68 69.
