Despite his estrangement from Dalaran, Albert contributed to Southshore’s reorganization as Roderick’s secretary. He agreed to research Lordaeron and Stormwind military regulations for the new Guard, while warning that its increased wages could exhaust the town’s funds within three months 9.

Remilia’s magical awakening gave Albert a reason to reconnect with the city.
