Uvogin lowered his fighting stance, looking disgruntled. "I was just about to smash the door down. Why did they come out now?" What a waste of the Nen he had worked up.

The braided man beside him tried to persuade him. "Isn't this better? If you smash it, we'll have to fix it later."

Wasn't this much better? They could get themselves a whole, intact house and no longer have to squeeze into that drafty wreck Uvogin had smashed full of holes.

"That's true. Chrollo's always saying I use too much force and wreck the house." Uvogin nodded in agreement. "This house looks tough enough to take a beating. Let's capture it and use it as our base from now on."

Their old house could not take a beating. A casual punch from him would make it collapse.

Chrollo had scolded him several times over that. It was hard to find such a sturdy house, one that would not collapse so easily. Chrollo would not have anything to say about him in the future.

Chrollo? Luo Ye's heart stirred. From the sound of it, Uvogin and the others had already become Chrollo's companions.

He just did not know how many of Chrollo's Spider legs had been gathered. If everyone besides Feitan and Machi had already joined him, then Luo Ye's side would be at a disadvantage in terms of fighting strength.

The shorter one had quite a lot of Nen, so he was somewhat troublesome. But the other did not even have Nen abilities. Surely the two of them, both Nen users, could handle them?

Nobunaga gave a warning. "Uvogin, there are Nen users inside the house too. Don't let your guard down."

It would be a real joke if they failed to take the house and got taken down instead. Those guys would definitely laugh at them when they got back!

"Isn't it just a little girl and that pretty boy Chrollo took a liking to last time?" Uvogin said dismissively. "We just need to watch out for that pretty boy."

They could let their guard down around everyone else, but not that pretty boy. After all, he was someone Chrollo had taken a liking to.

Ever since they had joined forces, Chrollo's judgment had never been wrong. Anyone he liked was formidable. Uvogin had no intention of challenging that authority.

Luo Ye sighed. "Looks like we can't reach an agreement." They not only had their eyes on the house they had just acquired, but also knew how many people were with them. This conflict was unavoidable.

He actually did not want to face Uvogin and the others, but judging from their earlier words and behavior, they must have followed them for a long time before choosing this moment to strike.

They had come looking for them immediately after they acquired this house, so they had definitely been keeping watch nearby.

Luo Ye lowered his eyes in thought. Do they think that strange house weakened us?

If Chrollo knew how strange this house was yet still had Uvogin keep watch nearby, then that meant Chrollo wanted this house too.

It looked like Machi had been right. Whether Illumi was with them or not, they were bound to clash with Chrollo.
