Too Much Meat, Time for Coffee

The Ark docked at the harbor, where the Neptune Army stood guard. Rogge saw quite a few ships moored there. Some were being coated, while others were badly damaged and undergoing repairs.

Reaching Fish-Man Island was a dangerous journey. Most people who wanted to enter the New World had to pass through Fish-Man Island. Only World Government personnel and the Marines could travel across the Red Line in bubble gondolas.

That was a route belonging to the World Government. Rogge and the others could naturally take it as well. After all, they were legitimate pirates under the World Government.

But Rogge had his own adventures to pursue. Fish-Man Island was an indispensable sight in his life, just like Sky Island above the clouds. He definitely wasn't going to miss it.

" We've arrived at Fish-Man Island, but we won't be staying long. Cook, do you know any coating craftsmen?" Rogge asked.

Rogge had actually already chosen someone: Dan, the younger brother of Tom, the world's greatest shipwright. He was a descendant of the family that had built the Pluton battleship and Noah's Ark, so his skills were beyond question.

The Ark rose into the air. A group of Fish-Man Islanders seeing a ship fly for the first time stared at it in astonishment, their mouths hanging open.

Under Cook's control, the Ark left the harbor and headed toward the Sea Forest.

They really did find Dan. To Rogge's surprise, Cook and Dan had an excellent relationship. The two even turned out to be relatives, members of the same family. They simply looked different, which was a unique trait of the Fish-Man Tribe's method of reproduction.
