"Jinbe won't fight. He owes Whitebeard a debt, and he may well turn against us during the war. Lock him up. We'll deal with him once it's over," Sengoku said.

Rogge watched with a smile and took a sip of wine. Poor Jinbe had no sense at all. If he had been smarter, he would never have come to Sengoku. He could have agreed to everything, then held back or switched sides once the war began. Either would have been better than ending up in Impel Down.
