Background / History

Snow Empress was sealed within the Sealing God Platform and sold at auction in Mingdu. Lu Yuan outbid Xiao Hongchen with 180 million Gold Soul Coins, then brought the platform into his Void Realm to decide her fate. Upon release, she immediately denounced the humans around her and resisted with all her strength, only to be restrained by a Sky Dream Ice Silkworm molt. 53

Lu Yuan initially offered her survival through fusion as his Second Martial Soul, claiming she could preserve her consciousness, ascend with him, and eventually regain freedom. Snow Empress remained distrustful until Electrolux—whose aura she judged close to a god's—confirmed that his magic could protect her soul. Lu Yuan then coerced her by threatening the Soul Beasts of the Extreme North, particularly Ice Empress and Xiao Bai. To secure her survival and protect her people, Snow Empress accepted after demanding an oath that he would preserve her soul and help her become a god. 54

The unprecedented fusion succeeded, but Electrolux's experimental magic caused Snow Empress to awaken as a tiny, memoryless Snow Maiden capable only of saying “Yaya~.” Her memories returned the following morning, along with the humiliation of realizing that her child form had slept beside Lu Yuan.
