Although the Qinglan River is his physical foundation, his mastery of the Water Origin exceeds the limits of a single river; ancient companions recount that he once fought Deep Earth to a draw and could seize control of Rainwater Power within Shui Wuyuan’s rain. 35 154

He slept for several thousand years. During that time, three of his Source Spring Spirit Pearls shattered and two were lost, while the Qinglan River became polluted, depleted, and unable to sustain him as it once had.
