Background / History
Vina is the daughter of Emperor Xue Feng and the sole princess of the Heaven Dou Empire. She holds substantial standing among the military, having participated in war exercises and grown familiar with soldiers from an early age. 28 35
While traveling through the Inner City, she was taken hostage by a kidnapper who demanded one million Gold Soul Coins. Vina remained composed, ordered her guards to withdraw, and personally surrendered her Soul Tool in exchange for her release. The kidnapper nonetheless slit her neck before fleeing. 24
She trusted Su Mu—then calling himself “Li Feiyu”—to treat the injury despite Captain Wang’s objections. His emergency bandaging and Blue Silver Vine Ring saved her life; within a week, the neck wound had healed without a trace. 25 32
After locating Su Mu, Vina offered him a position teaching military doctors and later invited him to Zheng Tian Academy. He declined enrollment, instead securing her promise of assistance within her authority. 32 33 34
Vina brought Su Mu to a military camp, where she endorsed his instruction of over four hundred medical Soul Masters. After witnessing his treatment methods, she supported the army’s adoption of sterilization, disinfection, proper bandaging, and improved wound care. 35 36 37
She later became Su Mu’s business partner by providing a prime Heaven Dou City storefront in exchange for twenty percent of the future shop’s profits. 39 41
During an investigation into the Gao Family’s attempted seizure of the Modification Factory, Vina disguised herself as “Hong Xing Thirteenth Sister.” Learning that the family had used an Evil Soul Master drug to provoke the military-camp Soul Beast tide, she ordered the Gao Family exterminated to the ninth generation. 43 44 45

Personality

She is observant and pragmatic, recognizing both Su Mu’s medical expertise and the commercial value of his fried-chicken business. Her offers to employ him as a medical instructor, recruit him into Zheng Tian Academy, and invest in his shop reflect a willingness to turn talent into institutional or economic advantage. 33 34 39
Vina is also protective of soldiers and commoners. During the Soul Beast attack, she refused evacuation so the wounded could be defended; after uncovering the Gao Family’s crimes, she condemned its oppression of Outer City merchants and civilians. 39 45
Her sense of justice can become severe. She enjoyed acting anonymously against the Gao Family and ultimately imposed collective execution on the entire family after their crimes were exposed. 43 45
