  • Lin Sen asked Feng Xu about bows, tested the Dragon-Snake Bow, and agreed to trade maps of the Great Wilderness Mountains for weapons.
  • Feng Xu discussed attacking Wild Boar Ridge with Feng Sui and the others, who decided they needed more Earth Immortal experts.
  • Feng Xu offered Lin Sen a breakthrough in exchange for the Lin Tribe's help, and Lin Sen entered the Blood Pool with Feng Xi guarding him.
  • Jiang Ze arrived during the first snowfall and learned that Feng Sui had become an Earth Immortal.
  • Feng Xu offered Jiang Ze and another Marsh Tribe warrior a chance to break through in return for joining the attack on Wild Boar Ridge, and Jiang Ze agreed.

Ch. 27Demon Race's Revenge

Feng Xu developed Battle Marks through experiments, taught the tribe’s leaders and children to read, and forged the Redfire Saber for Feng Xi. After the Pig Demon learned that the Human Race had killed its son, it led a herd toward the Wind-Fire Tribe, and Eagle King hurried back to warn them.

  • Feng Xu experimented with Battle Marks on wild rabbits while the Wind-Fire Tribe worked through the winter, and he arranged for Kun Tai and Lin Sen to stay together.
  • Jiang Ze emerged from the Blood Pool, and Feng Xu began teaching the tribe’s leaders, Eagle King, and children to read.
  • The Red Iron Tribe delivered iron tools, and Feng Xu forged Feng Xi the Superior Houtian Dharma Artifact Redfire Saber.
  • Feng Xu taught Feng Sui three axe moves, welcomed the Red Iron Tribe with a hotpot feast, and encouraged Iron Mountain to take responsibility if he founded his own tribe.
  • The Pig Demon learned that the Human Race had killed its son, gathered the boar herd to attack the Wind-Fire Tribe, and swallowed a white Snake Demon on the way.
  • Eagle King witnessed the Pig Demon’s strength and returned to warn the Wind-Fire Tribe of the approaching danger.

Ch. 28Tribal Defense Battle

The Wind-Fire Tribe prepared a mountain defense against the invading Pig Demons and endured five days of attacks while the exhausted herd made little progress. When Iron Mountain broke through to Earth Immortal, the Pig Demon leader finally attacked in person and charged into the tribe’s defensive line.

  • Feng Xu organized the tribe’s defenses with slippery slopes, rolling logs, boulders, and a plan to evacuate supplies if needed, while assigning the Earth Immortals to fight the Pig Demons.
  • Feng Xu gave Eagle King the Heavenly Net and Earthly Web to restrain the Late Earth Immortal Pig Demon and lent Lin Sen the Dragon-Snake Bow.
  • The Pig Demons repeatedly charged up the mountain, but the slippery path and falling logs and boulders stalled them without causing lasting injuries.
  • Feng Sui, Feng Xi, and Jiang Ze agreed to keep wearing down the herd, while the Pig Demon leader failed to notice its troops growing weaker over five days of winter scarcity.
  • Iron Mountain broke through to Earth Immortal, prompting the Pig Demon leader to attack personally; it knocked out two warriors, entered the defensive line, and sent Feng Xi flying.

Ch. 29Wheel of Battles

The Human Race warriors fought the Pig Demon, but its strength and defenses overwhelmed their attacks until Feng Xu used martial arts to exploit its unstable balance. The Pig Demon transformed into a giant and swallowed Feng Xu while resisting the Eagle King’s golden net, leaving the others attacking its enormous body to find a weakness.

  • Jiang Ze, Feng Sui, and Lin Sen failed to seriously injure the Pig Demon, so Feng Xu ordered warriors below the Earth Immortal Realm to stay back while the others drew the fight away from the tribe.
  • Feng Sui, Iron Mountain, Jiang Ze, Feng Xi, and Lin Sen coordinated rotating attacks that wore down the Pig Demon and interrupted its Devouring ability.
  • The Pig Demon roared and activated Devouring, but Feng Xu interrupted it with a throw and used Taiji Fist and wrestling techniques to keep redirecting its attacks.
  • The Pig Demon grew to more than two thousand feet long and activated Devouring again, while the Eagle King trapped it in a massive golden net.
  • The Pig Demon swallowed Feng Xu as it resisted the net, and Feng Sui and the others attacked its body in search of a weakness.

Ch. 30Dreaming of the Purple Cloud Palace

After being swallowed by the pig demon, Feng Xu met Hongjun in the Purple Cloud Palace and spent immeasurable time cultivating, advancing to Quasi-Sage Peak and perfecting his techniques and treasures. He then woke in ice water among familiar people, still only at the Innate Realm, and realized his time in the palace had been a dream.

  • Feng Sui and the others enlarged the wound in the pig demon's belly while Feng Xu hacked through its insides until he collapsed unconscious.
  • Feng Xu awoke in the Purple Cloud Palace, where Hongjun explained that the Great Dao had chosen him and offered him a chance to cultivate with the Jade Disc of Creation.
  • Hongjun described how the Immortal Dao's dominance could drive the Primordial World toward the Infinite Tribulation Cycle, and Feng Xu questioned why Hongjun had helped the six Sages attain Sagehood.
  • Feng Xu cultivated in Hongjun's small world, reaching Quasi-Sage Peak, perfecting the Eight-Nine Mystical Art, and refining the Merit Mall into the Seventy-Two Profound Truth Swords.
  • As Feng Xu prepared to refine the Primordial Violet Qi and bind it to the Human Race's fate, familiar voices called to him and he woke in ice water.
  • Feng Xu sensed that he was still in the Innate Realm and realized his cultivation in the Purple Cloud Palace had been a dream.

Ch. 31Clearance of Wild Boar Ridge

After his cultivation and body changed during a mysterious dream, Feng Xu joined the Human Race tribes in clearing Wild Boar Ridge without taking part in battle. He found the ridge suited for future settlement and urged nearby chiefs to grow the Wind-Fire Tribe through exchanges, but left them to consider whether to unite.

  • Feng Xu examined his injured meridians and changed cultivation, then told Jiang Ze he could not fight while the tribes cleared Wild Boar Ridge.
  • The tribes drove the weakened Pig Demons back to the ridge, where Feng Xu surveyed the terrain and considered building roads and settlements.
  • Feng Xi led Feng Xu and the others into a vast cave, where they found a deep chasm lit by a dim violet glow but no way to reach it.
  • The tribes divided the Pig Demons’ carcasses and planned to transport them after winter.
  • Feng Xu asked the chiefs about nearby tribes and offered pottery and iron tools in exchange for people to strengthen the Wind-Fire Tribe.
  • Feng Xu argued that tribes should unite to survive in the Great Wilderness, while the chiefs remained silent.

Ch. 32Bloodline Secret Art

Feng Xu explored a vast spiritual cavern beneath Wild Boar Ridge and explained his Bloodline Secret Art, which could help the tribe cultivate through Battle Marks. After the tribe received marks and winter ended, he led them into spring plowing.

  • Feng Xu led Feng Sui and Iron Mountain down the cliff on the Heaven-Hanging Ruler and discovered a cavern with a spiritual pool and glowing purple crystals.
  • Feng Xu explained the three types of Battle Marks and advised using cultivation-method marks to build the tribe's foundations.
  • Feng Xu arranged safety measures in the cavern, then returned to prepare materials for drawing Battle Marks.
  • After the tribes returned with their supplies, everyone in the Wind-Fire Tribe and Red Iron Tribe except the elderly received Battle Marks.
  • When winter ended, Feng Xu led more than eighty people to reclaim over two hundred and fifty mu of land for rice, then urged them to rest before planting.

Ch. 33Spring Plowing

Feng Xu oversaw the Wind-Fire Tribe’s spring planting, construction, trade preparations, and livestock care while recovering in the Spirit Pool. After putting the tribe’s affairs in Feng Sui’s hands, he began a long seclusion to heal his injuries and craft artifacts from the boar demon.

  • Feng Xu demonstrated how to plant rice and watched the seedlings grow quickly enough to be transplanted after seven days.
  • Feng Xu assigned the children to help transplant rice and had Feng Yuqi teach the tribe to read.
  • Feng Xu planned new houses at Wild Boar Ridge, designated the old tribal site as a trading and reception center, and sent Feng Xi to trade surplus food with two warriors.
  • Feng Xu taught Feng Ling and the elders to castrate the tribe’s piglets while explaining how the wolves would be treated as companions and the boars as livestock.
  • Feng Xu entrusted the tribe’s affairs to Feng Sui and entered the Spirit Pool to recover and refine the boar demon into magical artifacts.

Ch. 34A Bountiful Harvest

Feng Xu oversaw the Wind-Fire Tribe’s abundant rice harvests, made tools to process the grain, and continued refining weapons during seclusion. After returning from a distant journey with hundreds of people, he emerged after the autumn harvest and found radishes and cabbage among the supplies.

  • Feng Xu made threshing machines and led the tribe in harvesting more than two million jin of rice, then introduced tools for drying and processing the grain.
  • He ordered the tribe to trade its surplus food, while Iron Mountain returned to his people with food and pottery and Feng Xu resumed refining artifacts.
  • Feng Xu returned from a journey through more than fifty tribes with five or six hundred people, who ate rice and then joined the autumn harvest.
  • The women gave birth safely, and Feng Sui welcomed the growing population as the tribe settled into its new routine.
  • Feng Xu emerged from seclusion after the autumn harvest with armor, weapons, and mounted crossbows, then discovered radishes and cabbage among the supplies.

Ch. 35Guests from All Sides

Feng Xu secured a salt supply by trading grain with a poor western tribe, brought the tribe and other winter refugees to Wind-Fire, and worked to house them as the settlement filled. Meanwhile, an unknown young man killed a Late Earth Immortal Tiger Monster and noticed that his luck value had increased.

  • Feng Xu discovered that Feng Xi had traded for salt ore, then traveled with him to the mine and exchanged more than ten thousand jin of rice for salt.
  • Feng Xu named the group the Stone Tribe, and Shi Zheng led its people to Wind-Fire for the winter; along the way, Feng Xu invited other struggling people to join them.
  • Feng Xu housed more than six hundred arrivals at the old site, arranged for the Lukun Tribe, Lin Tribe, and Marsh Tribe to send their people to Wild Boar Ridge, and began planning for future expansion.
  • Feng Xu led the residents in building snow walls around their temporary huts as winter began, with Feng Xi coming from Wild Boar Ridge to help.
  • A young man killed a Late Earth Immortal Tiger Monster with one punch and remarked that his luck value had risen again.

Ch. 36New Crisis

Feng Xu took students hunting during class, then Feng Yuqi learned that swarming venomous insects were moving toward Vermilion Ridge after killing a Middle Earth Immortal Demon Beast. The chapter ended with the new threat approaching the tribe.

  • Feng Xu and four students hunted a Fierce Beast, and Feng Xu let Lin Feng take credit for the kill in exchange for a promised drink.
  • Lin Feng bragged about the hunt to workers in the rice fields before the youths returned to Vermilion Ridge and handed the prey to the patrol team.
  • Feng Yuqi reprimanded the students and Feng Xu for skipping class, and Feng Xu defended the outing as practical lessons in mounted archery.
  • Feng Yuqi told Feng Xu that Feng Sui had reported a drained Middle Earth Immortal Demon Beast west of Vermilion Ridge, likely killed by swarming venomous insects heading toward them.

Ch. 37Insect Swarm Descends

Feng Xu and the Vermilion Ridge tribe faced a deadly swarm of insects contaminated by Baleful Qi. After the attack left hundreds dead and many injured, Feng Xu identified the insects as mutated Flower Jade Bees and warned that the Baleful Qi could spread further.

  • Feng Xu let Lin Feng, Tie Zhao, Kunmu, and Jiang Ming sample his baijiu, then warned them to keep their doors and windows shut.
  • Lin Feng spotted an approaching insect swarm, and Kunmu raced between dormitories to warn the others before collapsing from the insects’ bites.
  • Lin Feng and Jiang Ming helped drag Kunmu inside, while the youths killed the insects on him and Feng Xu later carried the unconscious boy to the Blood Pool for treatment.
  • Feng Ling reported that 4,537 people were in the tribe, with 960 lightly injured and more than 300 dead; Feng Xu learned that Kunmu had survived but remained unconscious.
  • Feng Xu identified the insects as Flower Jade Bees mutated by Baleful Qi and ordered the bodies burned and the survivors isolated because the contamination could transfer.

Ch. 38Nine-Turn Origin Art

Feng Xu cultivated the Nine-Turn Origin Art to absorb Baleful Qi from Kunmu and the other injured tribespeople, then nearly lost control when it erupted inside him. He stabilized it as a Baleful Core and reached Late Earth Immortal, but the tribe faced a new threat when Poison Bees settled nearby.

  • Feng Xu used the Nine-Turn Origin Art to draw Baleful Qi from Kunmu, whose condition improved, and engraved the technique on him as a Battle Mark.
  • Feng Xu absorbed Baleful Qi from the injured tribespeople and the burned corpses, but the Qi erupted inside him and blurred his consciousness.
  • Feng Xu suppressed the Baleful Qi, restored his Primordial Spirit in the Earth-Vein Spirit Pool, and condensed the Qi into a Baleful Core.
  • Feng Xu balanced the Baleful Core with his mana using Taiji Fist and Merit, breaking through to Late Earth Immortal.
  • Feng Zheng told Feng Xu that Poison Bees had settled nearby and were frightening the tribe by appearing almost every day.

Ch. 39The Strange Baleful Qi

Feng Xu investigated a vast Poison Bee swarm and discovered that strange Baleful Qi controlled its reproduction and behavior. After Lin Feng’s arrival alerted the swarm, Feng Xu and his companions escaped through a pool into an abandoned cave residence, where Feng Xu challenged Lin Feng to take a risk.

  • Feng Xu and Bai Hao found Poison Bee hives covering a cliff, and Feng Sui agreed to leave Feng Xu nearby to study the swarm.
  • Feng Xu observed the swarm for three days, identified its queens, and concluded that intelligent Baleful Qi had turned the bees into puppets.
  • Feng Xu and Bai Hao spotted Lin Feng approaching the hive, but Lin Feng’s startled cry stirred the swarm and sent it chasing them.
  • Feng Xu, Bai Hao, and Lin Feng escaped underwater into a pool, then discovered the pool connected to a dusty cave residence.
  • Feng Xu explained the pool’s passage and asked Lin Feng whether he dared to play big.

Ch. 40Destroying the Insects

Feng Xu and the tribes destroyed most of the Baleful Qi-contaminated Flower Jade Bee swarm, removed the Baleful Qi from the survivors, and planned a joint purge of other affected creatures. After reporting back to Vermilion Ridge, Feng Xu learned that a horde of berserk beasts was approaching.

  • Feng Xu lured the Poison Bees into smoke-filled pits and burned or suffocated them, wiping out more than half the swarm over six days.
  • Feng Xu captured the remaining bees with the Heaven-Hanging Ruler, absorbed their Baleful Qi, and stored the surviving Flower Jade Bees for later use.
  • Feng Xu, Feng Xi, and Lin Feng agreed to organize nearby tribes into a joint purge of Baleful Qi-contaminated creatures, while avoiding further harm to unaffected wildlife.
  • Feng Xu reported the plan at Vermilion Ridge, where he explained that the surviving Flower Jade Bees could be raised for honey.
  • Feng Chi warned Feng Xu that a horde of wounded, berserk beasts was nearing Vermilion Ridge, and Feng Xu flew out to confront them.

Ch. 41No Fair Play

Feng Xu fought two Late Earth Immortal beasts tainted by Baleful Qi, clearing the qi from the Giant Ape and killing the python. As the tribes prepared a wider campaign to contain the tainted beasts, Lin Feng arrived at the ruins on a Giant Eagle and Feng Xu corrected his attitude toward his mount.

  • Feng Xu left Vermilion Ridge to help defend the Wind-Fire Ruins, where he found a gray python and a Giant Ape attacking.
  • Feng Xu absorbed Baleful Qi from the python, but the Giant Ape ambushed him and they fought hand-to-hand.
  • The python coiled around Feng Xu, so the Giant Ape freed him; Feng Xu then kicked the Giant Ape in the groin and absorbed its remaining Baleful Qi.
  • Feng Xu killed the python, returned to the defenses, and told Feng He to burn the beasts' bodies without touching them directly.
  • After Feng Xu absorbed the remaining Baleful Qi, Feng Chi delivered Feng Sui's plan for more than a hundred tribes to encircle the tainted beasts.
  • Lin Feng arrived on a Giant Eagle and showed off his mount, but Feng Xu reminded him that the eagles were partners, not servants.

Ch. 42Central Wilderness Envoy

Feng Xu and the allied tribes completed an encirclement campaign against Baleful Corpses with help from Qu Shan, an envoy of the Great Wilderness lord. Qu Shan agreed to visit the Wind-Fire Tribe after seeing its strength and hearing about its Blood Pool secret art.

  • Feng Xu cleared Baleful Qi from a valley when Qu Shan appeared and introduced himself as an envoy sent to inspect the tribes.
  • Qu Shan learned that Feng Xu could absorb Baleful Qi and that the tribe had developed a Blood Pool secret art to help people break through bottlenecks.
  • Feng Sui and the other leaders arrived, and Qu Shan praised the tribes’ growth and strength.
  • Qu Shan helped the allied warriors finish exterminating the Baleful Corpses, while Feng Xu’s Baleful Core grew to the size of a soybean.
  • Feng Xu offered to show Qu Shan the Wind-Fire Tribe, and Qu Shan agreed to visit.

Ch. 43Visiting the Wind-Fire Tribe

Feng Xu and Feng Sui showed Qu Shan the Wind-Fire Tribe’s Blood Pool and thriving settlement, then negotiated an exchange of grain for powerful demon bloodlines. Qu Shan left impressed by the tribe’s development, unaware that its true grain reserves were far larger than the stores he inspected.

  • Feng Sui offered to send construction workers to help the Central Wilderness Tribe improve its houses, and Qu Shan agreed to bring some people back.
  • Feng Xu showed Qu Shan the Blood Pool, and Qu Shan offered Central Wilderness Tribe members the chance to cultivate in one if his tribe built it.
  • Qu Shan toured Vermilion Ridge and marveled at its organized facilities, plentiful food, and refined cooking.

  • Feng Xu negotiated to exchange grain for Heavenly Immortal-level demon corpses, and Qu Shan ordered three million jin of grain.
  • Qu Shan inspected a Vermilion Ridge granary holding over two million jin of grain, while Feng Xu concealed the tribe’s much larger reserves elsewhere.

Ch. 44Trade

Feng Xu showed Qu Shan Wind-Fire Tribe’s training camp, weapons, and handicraft workshops while negotiating grain and equipment trades. After Qu Shan secretly visited Feng Sui during the night, he waited for Feng Xu at dawn to continue the tour.

  • Feng Xu reassured Qu Shan that Wind-Fire Tribe would prioritize supplying Great Wilderness with fresh grain, then invited him to see the Training Camp.
  • Qu Shan watched Feng Xi drill more than a hundred warriors and remarked that their training resembled the methods of a remarkable youth.
  • Feng Xu showed Qu Shan standardized weapons and Dharma Artifact sets, then negotiated an annual exchange of equipment for Mid Heavenly Immortal demon corpses.
  • Qu Shan toured the handicraft workshops and arranged orders for bamboo-woven goods and pottery to be delivered with the grain.
  • After the chiefs struggled to sleep over the growing gap between their tribes and Wind-Fire Tribe, Qu Shan secretly went to Feng Sui’s door.
  • At dawn, Qu Shan waited outside Feng Xu’s room and asked what they would see that day.

Ch. 45A Visit to Bamboo Mountain

Qu Shan visited Bamboo Mountain Academy, where he learned to read and write and discussed the Great Wilderness leader’s relocation order with Feng Xu. He revealed that Baleful Demons were spreading and war was coming to the central Great Wilderness, then invited Feng Xu to join him at the Central Wilderness Tribe.

  • Qu Shan toured Bamboo Mountain Academy, learned basic characters from Feng Xu, and praised writing as vital to preserving knowledge.
  • Feng Yuqi explained that Feng Xu had created the writing system and teaching materials, while the principal was away recruiting students.
  • Qu Shan told Feng Xu that the relocation order had dispersed the Human Race to reduce internal conflict and preserve peace in the central region.
  • Feng Xu argued that scattering the weak had been poorly timed because the Human Race needed to concentrate its resources and grow stronger.
  • Qu Shan revealed that crazed Baleful Demons were spreading and that war would soon break out in the central Great Wilderness.
  • Qu Shan invited Feng Xu to go with him to the Central Wilderness Tribe and help the Human Race.

Ch. 46Invited to the Central Wilderness

Feng Xu weighed Qu Shan’s invitation to join the Central Wilderness Tribe and decided to visit the Great Wilderness, while preparing new courses and rules for the Wind-Fire Tribe. The chapter ended as Feng Sui told him that four major tribes wanted to merge with Wind-Fire.

  • Qu Shan invited Feng Xu to join the Central Wilderness Tribe, and Feng Xu asked for three days to consider before Qu Shan left.
  • Feng Sui urged Feng Xu to go, but Feng Xu questioned whether people in the central Great Wilderness would trust him as the Wind-Fire Tribe did.
  • Feng Xu asked Bai Hao about the Heavenly Wolf Demon Race and the Sky Wolf Demon King, but Bai Hao refused to accompany him on the trip.
  • Feng Xu decided to visit the Great Wilderness and organized plans for the Wind-Fire Tribe, including new courses in artifact refining, herbal medicine, and etiquette.
  • Feng Xu met Feng Sui at the lakeside pavilion, where Feng Sui revealed that four major tribes wanted to merge with the Wind-Fire Tribe.

Ch. 47Eastern Wilderness Reforms

Feng Xu organized the merger of the five major tribes into the East Wilderness Tribe and began implementing reforms and long-term development plans. After the new Dharma Artifact factory began production, envoys from the Central Wilderness Tribe arrived, and Feng Xu prepared to travel with them after overseeing the Blood Pool.

  • Jiang Ze and the other chiefs proposed merging the five major tribes, and Feng Xu arranged for them to become the East Wilderness Tribe under Feng Sui, with Vermilion Ridge as its main city.
  • Feng Xu prepared Battle Marks, cultivation methods, and Blood Pool managers, then established a new site for the Blood Pool.
  • Feng Xu organized a Dharma Artifact factory and created the Ritual Bureau, while setting rules for public conduct, punishments, and clerk selection.
  • Feng Xu presented the elders with a long-term plan for farms, housing, underground shelters, docks, boats, and roads connecting the tribes.
  • The Dharma Artifact factory produced its first set of Houtian Dharma Artifacts, and envoys led by Dashan arrived from the Central Wilderness Tribe with ferocious beasts to trade.
  • Feng Xu agreed to travel to the central Great Wilderness after handing over his duties; he oversaw the Blood Pool, where the three envoys broke through to the Mid Heavenly Immortal realm.

Ch. 48Iron Pillar

Feng Xu left the Eastern Wilderness for the Central Great Wilderness with three companions, receiving farewells from the tribes and passing Bamboo Mountain Academy. After a month of travel, the group met Iron Pillar, whose familiarity with salt and white flour made Feng Xu suspect he was also a transmigrator.

  • Feng Xu declined Lin Feng and the other youths' requests to join him, then demonstrated his strength by throwing an arrow into a distant mountain.
  • Feng Ling, Feng Sui, and the nearby chiefs saw Feng Xu off, while Feng Yuqi watched the departing rafts from Bamboo Mountain Academy.
  • Feng Xu and his three companions traveled for a month toward the Human Race's territory in the Central Great Wilderness.
  • The group met Iron Pillar, who eagerly ate Feng Xu's soup and flatbreads and explained that he recognized salt and white flour from long ago.
  • After hearing that Feng Xu's group had traded Fierce Beasts for plentiful grain, Iron Pillar called Feng Xu his brother, and Feng Xu suspected he was a fellow transmigrator.

Ch. 49Central Wilderness Tribe

Feng Xu and his companions reached the Central Wilderness Tribe after Shi Lin’s men forced them to take a detour. Qu Shan urged Yunfeng to recognize Feng Xu’s potential, while Yunfeng agreed to meet him and prepare for his Blood Pool plan.

  • Shi Lin blocked Iron Pillar and the others, claiming Commander Mang was hunting a Baleful Demon, so Dashan led the group along a longer route.
  • After six days, the group reached the Central Wilderness Tribe, where Qu Shan welcomed them and showed Feng Xu the powerful tribe.
  • Iron Pillar offered Feng Xu a place in his remodeled beast-bone house, and they discussed building furniture and crafting a giant, adjustable cleaver.
  • Qu Shan told Yunfeng about Feng Xu’s role in the Wind-Fire Tribe’s growth, his inventions, writing, and Bloodline Secret Art.
  • Yunfeng agreed to prepare what Feng Xu needed for a Blood Pool and said he would meet him, while Qu Shan pressed him not to underestimate Feng Xu.

Ch. 50A Heart-to-Heart Talk

Feng Xu taught Iron Pillar basic wood refining before persuading Yunfeng that writing could improve the Central Wilderness Tribe’s governance and education. After Yunfeng agreed to let him inspect the tribe, Feng Xu arranged for two hundred people to help with grain storage and Blood Pool preparations.

  • Feng Xu showed Iron Pillar how to use spiritual power and basic techniques to shape wood, while the two made a table and a wooden tub.
  • Qu Shan brought Feng Xu to meet Yunfeng, who questioned whether teaching people to read was worth the time it required.
