War Continues

A day passed quickly.

Thanos's cosmic fleet finally arrived ten million kilometers away from the Asgard fleet.

What greeted them were beams of laser fire.

Even at the speed of light, the lasers needed thirty-three seconds to cross that distance.

Sanctuary II calmly activated its shields, blocking the enemy's attacks.

Thanos also sensed Odin's presence in the distance and revealed a faint smile.

"Looks like I got lucky."

What he feared most was being unable to find Odin in the vast universe, giving his opponent time to develop.

When that happened, he would likely be outnumbered and overwhelmed.

Soon, the Escort Ships arrived behind them and immediately activated their shields.

As for the Black Order and Asgardian warriors who died, their numbers were countless and impossible to tally.

Most of those losses belonged to Odin's forces.
