Hawkeye saw that changing course again was impossible. Gritting his teeth, he unleashed a slash that split nearly a kilometer of sea in two. The water showed no sign of closing.

The sight startled Dongze. Feeling the sea shift beneath his feet, he sucked in a breath.

Hawkeye's slash had carved a trench so deep he could not see the bottom.

The seawater rushing in from all sides would raise towering waves. Against the sea's immense power, the ship beneath Dongze would be destroyed.

He could not simply stand by and watch.

Dongze slapped the Sword Case. Forgotten Ben spun in midair, then slowly returned to its sheath.

"That madman!"

Dongze cursed under his breath.

Hawkeye had not needed to unleash that slash. At worst, he would only have fallen into the sea!

Instead, he had parted the waters straight down the middle, leaving Dongze to deal with the mess.

Complaining was one thing, but Dongze did not waste any time.

He leaped from the bow and activated Sea Flight. A huge spray of water burst from the surface.

His body was as light as a feather. He did not sink in the slightest.

He reached beneath the ship, grabbed its keel with both hands, and growled, "Up!"

Dongze lifted the massive two-masted sailing ship over his head as though it were a toy. Then he hurled it away like a stone.

The difference in size between them was simply too great.

It was a startling sight, like an ant lifting an elephant and throwing it.

"Look after the ship!"

Dongze's voice drifted to Robin, calming her.

"All right!"

Dongze remained standing on the water, waiting for Hawkeye to appear again.
