Bibi Dong was born in an ordinary village that was destroyed by evil soul masters. Qian Xunji found her, brought her to Spirit Hall, and personally trained her as his disciple. She initially regarded him with deep respect and admiration 12.

After falling in love with Yu Xiaogang, she wanted to leave Spirit Hall and run away with him. Qian Xunji sexually assaulted her, and she later gave birth to Qian Renxue. The abuse destroyed her trust in others and contributed to more than twenty years of bitterness and isolation 12 114 116.

She subsequently devoted herself to cultivation and rarely left Spirit Hall. After devouring Qian Xunji, she became a Super Douluo. As Pope, she sought sole control of Spirit Hall, but Qian Daoliu’s authority and the loyalty of the enshrined elders constrained her position 3 110 116.

Bibi Dong’s clothing emphasizes her papal authority, while her Rakshasa transformation changes both her coloring and battle attire 49 111.

Her trauma is compounded by the death qi and evil thoughts within Divine Slaughter’s Domain. After the tournament confrontation with Tang Hao, her ambitions escalate from continental unification to destroying the empires, the sects, and Spirit Hall itself. Her hatred of Spirit Hall is tied to its ownership by the Qian family 51 52 108.

The Rakshasa Domain absorbs the evil thoughts driving her frenzy, but does not erase her forceful temperament. She later recognizes that she no longer loves or hates Yu Xiaogang and decides to pursue happiness rather than remain trapped in the past. Her gentler behavior includes encouraging the Golden Generation and acknowledging that political unity requires popular support, not force alone 111 115 118 120.

Despite her age and authority, she is described as emotionally immature and intensely possessive once she commits to a relationship. Beneath her public majesty, she admits that she often cries alone and would rather be cherished than remain Pope 116 125.
