Yang Bo agreed to travel to Mephisto’s Hell Dimension after learning that Kaecilius’s family’s souls could not be traced by the Ancient One. The Ancient One sent Yang Bo through a prepared Magic Circle, hoping he might help Kaecilius find his family.

• The Ancient One warned Yang Bo that Kaecilius was not strong enough to enter a Hell Dimension safely and explained that souls could go to different afterlife realms or face eternal death.
• Yang Bo comforted Kaecilius and asked whether the Ancient One could locate his family’s souls, but she said their traces had vanished and the Time Stone could not help.

• Yang Bo went to Little Planet to check on Dr. Banner’s experiments and ran into Dr. Erik, who asked him to hire a former student.
• Yang Bo agreed to meet the student and told Erik he would handle things according to company policy if she was trying to use their connection.
• Yang Bo recognized the student as Darcy Lewis, checked her green Minimap marker, and welcomed her to the company.
• Yang Bo handed Darcy’s file to Anna to process her onboarding and offered to show Darcy around.
• Yang Bo told Darcy the workshop’s military and S.H.I.E.L.D. contracts mostly funded the company’s researchers, and explained that Dr. Erik could access two billion dollars for his work.

Yang Bo accompanied Darcy to meet Dr. Erik and showed her the company’s Tesseract-powered Portal laboratory. When Erik’s Portal malfunctioned, Yang Bo entered it and arrived in an unfamiliar city during a torrential storm.

• Dr. Erik welcomed Darcy to his department, and Yang Bo brought them to the company’s basement Portal.
• Erik showed Darcy his private laboratory, introduced her to the Tesseract, and began teaching her how to open Portals.
• When Erik tried to open a Portal to Afterlife for Yang Bo, it distorted and revealed only a vast blue expanse.
• Yang Bo entered the unstable Portal before it collapsed, leaving Darcy stunned as Erik continued recording data.
• Yang Bo emerged in an alley in an unfamiliar city, then stepped into the rain to look for shelter.

Yang Bo discovered that he had arrived in Gotham City in the DC world and went to Wayne Tower hoping to meet Bruce Wayne. After failing to get an appointment, he used Invisibility to enter the building.

• Yang Bo sheltered in a hidden sewer room overnight and emerged the next morning to find the rain had stopped.
• Yang Bo searched online and found no Stark Industries, but learned that Wayne Enterprises and Batman existed in Gotham City.
• Yang Bo found evidence that Metropolis and Lois existed, suggesting Superman also belonged to this world.
• Yang Bo went to Wayne Tower and asked the receptionist whether Bruce Wayne was there, but she told him to make an appointment.

Yang Bo visited Bruce Wayne to confirm he was in the Justice League world and discovered Bruce was Batman. After Bruce strained his back trying to throw Yang Bo, Yang Bo gave him a Healing Potion, and Bruce asked whether he could buy more.

• Yang Bo met Bruce in his office, introduced himself, and asked for Batman’s autograph.
• Bruce attacked Yang Bo, but Yang Bo’s strength prevented him from being thrown, and Bruce strained his back.
• Yang Bo told Bruce he had the strength of twenty-five people and explained that he had come to see Batman.
• Yang Bo forced Bruce to drink a Healing Potion, which quickly healed his back and other lingering injuries.

Yang Bo discovered that Gotham City was as violent as he had expected and decided to make it a place of truly decent folk. After killing several criminals as Ghost Rider, he rushed to help officers trapped in a wrecked police car.

• Yang Bo told Wayne that he was extremely rich, then vanished and left Wayne sensing that something big was about to happen.
• Yang Bo used Penance Stare on a sinful thug, killed him, collected his [Heart], and complained that Mephisto could not absorb souls across worlds.
• Yang Bo watched armed criminals shoot at pursuing police cars while Gotham's pedestrians calmly took shelter and filmed the chase.
• Yang Bo decided to clean up Gotham City and rode his blue-flamed motorcycle toward the smoking wreck of a police car.

Yang Bo healed three police officers, resurrected Larry, and recruited them to help pursue criminals through Gotham City. The group caught up with a fleeing truck, which Yang Bo split open with his flaming chain as he announced that judgment had come.

• Yang Bo gave Healing Potions to the surviving officers, healing their injuries and earning their trust.
• Kerry stopped Andy from drawing his gun on Yang Bo and confirmed that the Ghost Rider had saved them.

Yang Bo used the Penance Stare on Batman, then challenged Batman and Commissioner Gordon to help change Gotham City. After leaving Gotham, he returned to Little Planet and asked Dr. Banner for more Captain Potion No. 5.

• Gordon reviewed reports about Ghost Rider and realized Yang Bo’s appearance had interfered with people’s perceptions.
• Yang Bo appeared in Gordon’s office in his human form and explained that Mephisto had given him the medallion that let him transform.
• Yang Bo offered Gordon a case containing twelve doses of Captain Potion, saying he wanted to see whether Gotham could become a decent place.

Yang Bo waited outside Gotham City's prison and executed newly released criminals with his Penance Stare. Before he could finish judging them, Joker returned and killed the remaining men with a tanker truck, then approached Yang Bo.

• Yang Bo arrived at the prison and waited for a group of newly released inmates to emerge.
• Yang Bo attacked the seven prisoners with his hellfire chain and used his Penance Stare on those whose crimes exceeded his tolerance.
• Several prisoners tried to flee or return to the prison, but the guard refused to open the gate as Yang Bo continued his attack.
• Joker drove a tanker truck into the remaining prisoners, killing them, then climbed out and walked toward Yang Bo.

Yang Bo captured a Joker decoy, removed the explosives threatening the prison, and killed him before leaving the DC world to recruit scientists. He brought Tony, Rocket, and Ivan to the mutant academy to examine Cerebro and make it portable.

• Yang Bo used Mind Control to make a Joker reveal that the tanker was rigged and remove its bomb and trigger.
• Yang Bo waited for Mind Control to expire, killed the Joker, and disposed of the body and equipment in lava.
• Yang Bo told Gordon to clean up and watch for retaliation, then returned to his Little Planet and recruited Rocket, Ivan, and Tony to study a device.
• Yang Bo and the group traveled to the mutant academy, where Professor X showed them Cerebro.

Yang Bo had Professor Xavier use Cerebro to search for an ordinary man while Rocket, Ivan, Tony, and McCoy prepared to improve the equipment. After returning to the DC Universe, Yang Bo learned that Joker had kidnapped Commissioner Gordon and called Batman for help.

• Rocket threatened Professor X when he caught him reading his mind, and Yang Bo warned the professor not to invade anyone's privacy again.
• Yang Bo asked Professor Xavier to use Cerebro to search a city for an ordinary human, then watched the mutants gathered below and thought of them as a crop ready to harvest.
• Rocket, Ivan, Tony, Beast, and Professor Xavier inspected the Cerebro equipment and began preparing to build a smaller, improved version.
• Yang Bo showed Xavier and McCoy the Mothership and transport ships, then left them with the others to work on the equipment while he went to find Harley Quinn.
• Back in the DC Universe, Yang Bo answered Joker's call and learned that Joker had kidnapped Commissioner Gordon and threatened his family.

Yang Bo went to Arkham Asylum to find Harley Quinn while Batman waited outside, hoping to use her to threaten Joker. After controlling the asylum staff and reaching her cell, Yang Bo killed Harley and stored her in his backpack, preparing to take her to Joker.

• Batman picked up Yang Bo and asked where Gordon was, then drove toward Arkham Asylum after Yang Bo insisted on finding Harley Quinn first.
• Yang Bo used Teleportation to enter Arkham Asylum and Mind control to make Dr. Jack guide him toward Harley Quinn.
• Yang Bo controlled a squad of guards long enough to pass them and reach Harley Quinn's solitary cell.
• Yang Bo broke open Harley Quinn's cell door with his Pickaxe and promised to take her to her 'Puddin'.
• Harley Quinn closed her eyes, and Yang Bo killed her with one stroke and put her body in his backpack.

Yang Bo and Batman reached Joker’s hideout, where Joker held Gordon and Barbara hostage. After Joker shot them, Yang Bo drew a purple-glowing anti-materiel sniper rifle and prepared to retaliate.

• Yang Bo told Batman that Harley Quinn had been taken care of, and they drove toward the abandoned building where Joker was holding Gordon.
• On the way, Yang Bo asked Bruce Wayne whether he would sacrifice himself to save Gordon and hinted that he could reveal his own weakness.
• Yang Bo and Batman entered the building, where Joker greeted them and revealed Gordon and Barbara hanging from ropes.
• Joker threatened to detonate bombs attached to Gordon and Barbara, then shot them both as punishment for Yang Bo bringing Batman.
