The little Zombie had even stopped going "Awoo" and started going "Woof, woof!" Her little paws kept sneaking touches of his tail.

Qin Luo's face was bright red. He wanted to pull his tail away, but his legs felt a little weak. "I'm a wolf."

"Woof, woof."

You're a big doggy!!

Qin Luo watched the little Zombie hug his big, fluffy tail, even tilting her head to rub against it, her face full of adoration. He couldn't help gritting his teeth.

In the end, he said through tears, "Yes, yes, I'm not a wolf. I'm a woof-woof. Even if the sky falls, the sea explodes, and the Earth is destroyed today, I'm still a dog."

Nobody had better try to stop him.

There was no other reason-she was simply too adorable, blinking her eyes and tilting her head as she went "Woof, woof!"

God! Help! Whose Zombie is this cute?

The little version of Qin Luo in his mind couldn't help beating his chest and stamping his feet, but a gray wolf's tail was off-limits!

Her touches left his legs weak and tingling, his whole body burning hot. He felt as though steam was coming out of his head~

Luckily, his good buddy came to the rescue.

Chen Xiaofei burst out, flapping his wings! "Aaaaaah, Qin Luo, look at me! Little Class Monitor, look! I can fly!!"

He barreled straight into them, startling Little Zombie into letting go with a smack of her little paws. Qin Luo quickly pulled his big tail back, but he didn't have time to dodge. All three of them tumbled into a heap, while that idiot Chen Xiaofei was still laughing away.

"Look, look! I actually have wings! Holy crap, what a marvel!"

Chen Xiaofei was flapping the whitish-gray wings flecked with white spots on his back. Aside from his wings and feet, which had turned into eagle talons, everything else about him was normal.

He planted his hands on his hips. "Mwahahaha, I'll be able to fly through the sky now, going whoosh, whoosh, whoosh!"

Qin Luo scooped the little Zombie up and set her on her feet, then raised a hand and rapped Chen Xiaofei on the head. "Attention! Stand up straight! Apologize for knocking a girl over!"

Xu Duoduo was still a little dazed. Clearly, her little Zombie brain had crashed again.

Only then did Chen Xiaofei apologize for getting carried away. He hastily bowed ninety degrees. "I'm sorry, Little Class Monitor. I was wrong, Little Class Monitor. I didn't mean it. To make it up to you, I'll buy you mutant cores to eat."

His baby face was full of sincerity as he blinked at the little Zombie.

All Xu Duoduo caught was that he would buy her mutant cores to eat, so she nodded, then let her gaze settle on the big tail behind Qin Luo again.

Qin Luo was so alarmed that he hastily cleared his throat twice. "You can't touch the tail." He couldn't take it when she did.

Little Zombie pouted.

Qin Luo immediately added, "You can touch it when there's no one else around."

At least then he wouldn't lose his dignity as captain by blushing, going weak at the knees, and having steam come out of his head!

Realization dawned on Little Zombie. She nodded demurely to show she understood. No touching in front of people, but in private, I can touch all I want! My little paws can touch all they want!

Seeing her expression, Qin Luo thought she understood and even praised her for being clever.

Chen Xiaofei had no idea what was going on. He scratched the back of his head, looked at his captain, then at the Little Class Monitor. Only then did he notice the big wolf ears on Qin Luo's head.

"Holy crap! Qin Luo, you look awesome! So cool! What kind of wolf is your form based on?"

"A native Tibetan wolf."

Qin Luo spoke with a sour expression. Awesome, his ass. He just thought he looked stupid with those two dog ears, not to mention the fluffy tail behind him.

He didn't realize that his tail had given an impatient swish along with his mood.

Chen Xiaofei, on the other hand, loved his new look. He flapped his wings and hopped around on his talons, their tips making crisp clicks against the tiles. "Doesn't this look like tap dancing? Clickety-clack!"

Qin Luo watched his ridiculous flapping, at a loss for words. "No. You look like a flapping pheasant."

Chen Xiaofei protested, "My species is the king of all eagles-the Gyrfalcon!"

He kept flapping his wings, convinced he looked splendid.

When Bai Shu came out and saw this, he really didn't want to admit that an idiot like Chen Xiaofei was his teammate. He pushed up his glasses and walked over helplessly. "Could you stop hopping? That racket is giving me a headache."

That only spurred Chen Xiaofei on. He hopped and hopped! And flapped! Only when a few girls hurried past and covered their mouths to giggle at him did his face turn red. He lowered his head, covered his face, and walked into the meeting room.

How embarrassing...

Qin Luo led Xu Duoduo inside too, and Bai Shu slipped in right behind them.

"So what species are you? I've never seen it before. Why are you covered in fur?"

That was right.

Bai Shu was different from both of them. Not only did he have little ears, but his body was furry too. He helplessly spread his hands and sighed. "A Russian Flying Squirrel. More accurately, a Siberian Flying Squirrel."

Chen Xiaofei burst out laughing. The thought that the ever-serious Bai Shu had turned into such an adorable creature made it impossible for him to resist being a pest.

The two nearly got into a fight right there, while Qin Luo stood off to the side with Xu Duoduo, enjoying the show.

But after waiting quite a while without seeing Wang Weihu, they began to feel that something was wrong.

They could only go look for him.

Xu Duoduo followed behind them to watch the fun. If she could have opened her mouth in a big grin, she probably would have been grinning as foolishly as Chen Xiaofei.

Her eyes sparkled.

The moment Chen Xiaofei and Bai Shu opened the cubicle door, they burst into thunderous laughter, clutching their sides. "Oh my god, hahaha! Old Wang, hahaha!"

Even Qin Luo grew curious. "What does Old Wang look like? Let me see."

Xu Duoduo peeked out from behind him too. If Qin Luo hadn't forbidden her from touching his tail in front of others, she would have dearly loved to hug that big tail behind him.

And when they looked...

Wang Weihu looked as though he was about to fall to pieces. He sat in the corner with his back to them, showing two ears and a yellow-and-black-striped tiger tail.

A hulking man over six foot three suddenly looking this adorable was just too hilarious!

Bai Shu laughed until tears came out.

Chen Xiaofei laughed so hard that he crouched on the floor and pounded it. "Hahahahaha! Hahahahahahaha!"

Qin Luo burst out laughing too.

The three of them sounded ready to shake the roof off.

Wang Weihu whipped his head around, mortified and furious. "Stop laughing!!"

His animal form looked far too goofy!

And now they could see his face with those two tiger ears perched on top-short little ones, at that.

His three rotten friends laughed even harder.

In the end, his teammates coaxed Wang Weihu out. Bai Shu was suppressing his laughter so hard he nearly bit through his lower lip. Chen Xiaofei's voice shook as he spoke. "Pfft, ha-cough, cough. Actually, yours... yours is pretty good! You look kind and honest. You'll definitely have an even easier time dealing with survivors from now on."

There was no need to guess his animal form: a purebred Amur Tiger, and a chubby one at that!

Goofy as could be.

Qin Luo kept trying to look composed too, though his shoulders occasionally shook from holding in his laughter.

Then he forced it down again.

Xu Duoduo followed behind the four of them, watching Wang Weihu's tail swish back and forth. That plump, rounded tail was adorable too, but he looked ready to fall apart. She felt that if she tugged on his tail now, she might tug him straight into tears.

So Little Zombie considerately left it alone and simply stared at Qin Luo's big tail instead. This tail is still the best. It feels nice-a great big fluffy tail.

Gray looks nice too.

As Qin Luo walked, he inexplicably felt a chill down his back. When he turned around, the little Zombie was blinking at him with her head tilted again. His ears immediately grew hot.

He swallowed awkwardly, then put on a stern act and scolded her. "Xu Duoduo, Zombies can't keep acting cute all the time, you know!"
