The easygoing mood did not last long.

The message said mutant bats had been spotted and instructed them to proceed immediately and stay safe.
The wind was still howling outside, and whole swaths of trees in the complex had been blown down. The rain was light, though. Since the mission had been issued, they had to head out as a combat team, so they tapped to accept it.
Everyone hurriedly stuffed a couple of bites into their mouths, then got up and headed straight out.
Even while waiting for the elevator, they warmed up, rolling their necks, moving their legs, and doing a few stretches. Time to fight!
