Lu Ran stood on a desolate stretch of withered grassland, with no one around and only his three Pet Beasts for company.
General Ha calmly surveyed the plateau, catching the scent of its "own kind," though they were far too weak.
Even Sudden Death King felt no sense of danger after entering this Secret Realm. It felt as though it had come along on vacation.
Indeed, as an easy Level Two Secret Realm, even its boss was merely a level 30 low leader species.
If Gray Wolves weren't pack animals, most level two Beast Tamers would probably eventually be able to clear it solo.
"Caw!! The Gray Wolf Commander, right!" Dark Crow closed its eyes.
It expanded its perception, searching for the strongest presence in this Secret Realm.

In the distance, the Gray Wolf Commander, surrounded by wolves as it searched for prey, abruptly raised its head.
As it looked up, the pack followed suit. They soon saw an enormous eye open in the sky, staring at them.
"Awooo!!!!!" The Gray Wolf Commander bared its teeth, looking up warily. But when nothing happened, it immediately began forming a compressed Wind Bullet in its mouth, intending to destroy that eerie eye.
Before the Wind Bullet could finish forming, however, chaotic, violent energy exploded inside the Gray Wolf Commander's mouth with a boom. Its head vanished instantly.
