Sudden Death King was originally an ordinary Red-Eyed Hawk Lizard owned by one of Fang Lan’s close female friends. His species was highly sensitive to habitat conditions, and inadequate care brought him close to dying. Experience gradually makes him braver, but not careless about risk. Even after becoming powerful, he avoids giving enemies his own name because he worries about curses or retaliation from a hidden Legendary ancestor. His cowardice does not override his loyalty. When Meng Luo appears to threaten Lu Ran’s life, Sudden Death King fights beside General Ha rather than fleeing. He later accepts dangerous boss-fighting tactics out of gratitude for the resources and support that helped him grow 94 201.
