• Chen Mu decided the Chen Kingdom had to act against the Otherworldly Demons, planned three military bases, and ordered a major expansion of military rune-puppet production.
• Chen Mu trained the Battle Talisman Department, demonstrated his power, and collected Spirit Origin Fruits for Chen Xuejun to study.

Chen Mu reached the Creation Realm, dealt with He Xiao, and prepared the Chen Kingdom for war against the Otherworldly Demons. He explored the Tomb of the Gods with Fan Jing, recovered Fan Jing’s sarira, and returned with intelligence about the Heavenly Court and the Abyss Devil Race.

• Elder Ming showed Chen Mu the Mystic Spirit Grotto-Heaven’s core, and Chen Mu used World Essence to create a small world and reach the Creation Realm.
• Chen Duo summoned A Huo back to prepare for war, and he broke through to the Creation Realm while she trained the Demon-Slaying Sword members with upgraded weapons.
• Chen Mu gained the Heaven-Questioning Pavilion’s support, reunited with Wen Shan, and killed He Xiao after defeating his attacks.
• Chen Mu chose the Glazed Gold Mother Ore, then reviewed the military situation and approved a preliminary campaign plan against the Otherworldly Demons.

Chen Mu led the Chen Kingdom's campaign against the Otherworldly Demons, captured Moon Capital Pass, and secured Yi Province through an alliance with Wei Shuang. After consolidating his gains and creating Taichu, he visited the Sword-Questioning Sect with A Huo and learned about A Huo's master and Wei Shan's lost cultivation.

• Chen Mu launched the campaign against the Otherworldly Demons and agreed to an alliance with Wei Shuang that promised fair treatment for Yi Province's people.
• A Huo fought the Otherworldly Demon Emperors near the Heaven-Questioning Pavilion, and Cao Lingxiao helped him kill two of them, including Baer.
• Chen Mu used Spirit Particle Storm Missiles to dispel Abyss Devil Prison, defeated Asna, and helped the Chen Kingdom capture Moon Capital Pass.
• Chen Hongjie accepted the allegiance of Yi Province's city lords, and the Chen Kingdom secured the province and paused its offensives to consolidate its gains.
• Chen Mu and White Turtle created a cultivation site for Mingye, who later emerged from seclusion with the little white fox and reunited with Chen Mu in Boulder City.
• Chen Mu created Taichu from collected faith and introduced the artificial intelligence to Mingye while discussing the Chen Kingdom's remaining enemies.
• Wei Shuang brought Chen Mu and A Huo to the Sword-Questioning Sect in the Brahma Sword World and asked Nie Rufan to send experts against the Abyss Devil Race.
• Wei Shan identified A Huo's master as Ling Feng and told Chen Mu that Luo Peng had destroyed his cultivation by corrupting his Spirit of Creation and inner world with the Devil Master's essence blood.

Chen Mu crushed the Heavenly Puppet Sect’s ambush and strengthened the Chen Kingdom’s defenses as the Black Demon Emperor’s army advanced. After Military Base No. 1 self-destructed and the Chen Kingdom won a costly battle, Chen Mu prepared for the coming full-scale attack and considered capturing the remaining Devil Race generals.

• Chen Mu led the Chen Kingdom’s forces against the Heavenly Puppet Sect, defeated its leaders Wei Wencheng and the Lü sisters, and ordered his generals to drive the sect and Jing Province troops from Yi Province.
• Chen Mu arranged for Zhou Sen, Wang Hanzhi, and Tang Lixing to help guard the Chen Kingdom, while Wei Shuang explained that the Mountain Army could not abandon its homes to the Abyss Devil Race.
• Long Bo secured Lan Gu’s agreement to approach the Chen Kingdom for help against the Abyss Devil Race, while privately planning to disregard its interests after the devils were driven back.
• Mingye’s forces retreated from Moon Capital Pass as Chen Kingdom missiles inflicted heavy losses on the demon army, and Ahriman and Katelin advanced toward Military Base No. 1.
• Chen Mu ordered his forces to surround Yaboluo’s army, but Katelin’s Domain of Ten Thousand Demons helped the Black Demon Emperor’s troops inflict severe casualties and force a Chen Kingdom retreat.
• Ahriman attacked Military Base No. 1, where Landuo’s defenses and Yin Zhan’s Hegemon Cavalry slowed the Devil Race while Chen Kingdom troops and commanders counterattacked.
• The Black Demon Army breached Military Base No. 1, but its soldiers entered empty control rooms before the base self-destructed, killing many inside as the Chen Kingdom forces withdrew with a favorable casualty ratio.
• Chen Mu learned that the base’s personnel had escaped, that Yaboluo had fled with his origin wounded, and that three Black Demon Emperor generals remained near Demon-Defending City as Xilade prepared a full-scale attack.
