Chen Mu completed several Grotto-Heaven trials while A Huo led the Chen Kingdom into a war that cost the Heavenly Puppet Sect its world. After escaping the Heavenly Court’s pursuit with help from his allies, Chen Mu returned to Source Wood City and asked about the Haotian Empire’s latest moves.

• Chen Mu destroyed the demon castle, killed its demon lord, then cultivated a Divine Body and began nurturing a material plane from a World Seed.
• Chen Mu and the White Turtle entered the First Grotto-Heaven, where the White Turtle killed Vada and Chen Mu condensed Divine Power before completing further trials with Elder Ming and Zhou Xinle.
• Chen Mu met Gu Ningbi in the Mind Grotto-Heaven and learned she was married to a Chen Clan ancestor, while she warned that the Haotian Empire was preparing to attack the Chen Kingdom.

Chen Mu revealed the Chen Clan’s God-Slaying heritage, then led the kingdom through a war with the Haotian Empire. After reclaiming its occupied territory, he left with Gu Ningbi for Kunlun Heaven to search for his missing father.

• Chen Mu revealed the Chen Clan’s bloodline to the imperial descendants, and thousands awakened their inherited powers.
• At Black Water City, Chen Mu rejected Long Bo’s demand to disavow the God-Slaying God Clan and escaped after fighting Long Bo’s forces.
• Chen Mu and his allies battled the Heavenly Court’s Divine Lords while Haotian forces attacked Flying Dragon Pass.
• The Chen Kingdom deployed its Mecha Corps and Five Elements Army, but Chen Xuezhen ordered an orderly withdrawal when the Tiger Vanguard overwhelmed the defenses.

Chen Mu entered the collapsing Kunlun Heaven to stop the Heavenly Court’s sacrifice plan, rescued captives, and battled the Heavenly Emperor, losing Mingye’s body but learning her true spirit remained. He stayed in Kunlun Heaven with Chen Haoran while directing the Chen Kingdom to strengthen its alliances, arm friendly factions, and expand its Spirit Network.

• Gu Ningbi told Chen Mu that the Heavenly Court planned to sacrifice the Heart of Pan Emperor, and they entered Kunlun Heaven with Mingye to stop the plan and find Chen Haoran.
• Chen Mu and his companions rescued Di Yun, bought the savage boy Lingming as a disciple, and traveled into the Primordial Beginning Mountain Range, where Chen Mu captured a vicious spirit and discovered the Heavenly Court’s sacrifice ceremony.
• Chen Mu, Gu Ningbi, and Di Yun broke into the ceremony and freed its captives, but Peng Xi and allied gods fought back until Bi Wu and the Three Mountains Patriarch intervened.
• Peng Xi opened a rift that let Heavenly Emperor Haoyu enter Kunlun Heaven, and Haoyu attacked Chen Mu’s group and the gathered gods.

Chen Mu expanded the Chen Kingdom’s influence while preparing for Heavenly King Linlang’s invasion, and the two sides fought across the kingdom’s borders. The World-Creation Five Elements Army stopped the Thunder Battle Division, and Chen Mu trapped Linlang in a divine sealing formation.

• Chen Mu introduced a contribution-point system and opened free low-grade cultivation texts in the expanding Spirit Network Realm, while the Chen Kingdom established trade routes, protected the Nether Clan, and allied with the Sword-Questioning Sect.
• White Turtle defended a Chen Kingdom caravan from the Winged Devil Clan, using his warships and true form to drive the attackers off and recover the stolen cargo.
• Chen Mu reached the Void God Realm, reunited with Chen Haoran at the ruined Primordial Emperor Pass, and learned that the Kunlun Heaven Realm was nearing collapse.
