Aizen transformed Loly with the Hōgyoku and sent her to find Fullbringers while staying in contact with Kaname Tōsen, who would choose which humans could enter Aizen’s new world. Aizen revealed that he intended to create a world governed by his own will and planned to use the Hōgyoku and Arrancar as steps toward reaching the Soul King’s realm.
