  • Luo Ao endured the agony of splitting his soul, and the divided portion merged with his fire-element Divine Spark.
  • Luo Ao sensed the Fire Elemental Sea and drew divine power from it to form a Divine Clone, which he then merged with his original body.
  • Luo Ao discovered that his Fire Divine Clone could no longer clearly sense the Edicts of Destruction but retained an affinity for the Water Law.
  • Luo Ao decided to pursue godhood in the Water element and considered how fusing the divine powers of his two clones could strengthen his attacks.
  • Luo Ao infused the Crimson Annihilation Divine Sword with fire divine power and discovered that its black flames could perform soul attacks.

Ch. 27The Wind God's Obsession

Luo Ao revealed his Fire Divine Clone to his parents, then met Wind God Darren, who asked him to help kill Korno and avenge Helen. Luo Ao agreed to meet Darren again in ten years, after strengthening his power, and accepted the Wind Shadow Armor.

  • Luo Ao showed Bourne and Mansha his Fire Divine Clone and explained how he had become a deity through the Fire Law.
  • Darren flew to Helen City and offered Luo Ao the Wind Shadow Armor, then asked him to help kill Korno, who had sacrificed Helen’s soul to the Darkness Sovereign.
  • Darren explained that he had spent more than sixty thousand years seeking revenge, but had been unable to kill Korno alone or find another deity willing to help.
  • Luo Ao warned that the Dark Church might have other deities and asked Darren to return in ten years, when Luo Ao expected to have advanced in the Water Element.
  • Darren gave Luo Ao the Wind Shadow Armor and offered to guard the Bourne Clan while Luo Ao cultivated.

Ch. 28Becoming a Water Element Deity

Luo Ao mastered the essence of water and became a Water Element deity, adding a water divine clone to his fire clone. After resting to recover from splitting his soul, he and Darren prepared to set out against Korno.

  • Luo Ao immersed himself in the water elements beneath the waterfall and gradually learned to form powerful, lifelike elemental creatures.
  • Luo Ao grasped the final secrets of the essence of water, and the Natural Laws formed a Water-attribute Divine Spark for him.
  • Luo Ao created a water divine clone and reunited it and his fire divine clone with his original body.
  • Darren congratulated Luo Ao and asked about the strain of splitting his soul, while Luo Ao said he would recover in a few days.
  • Luo Ao told Darren they would rest for ten days or half a month before setting out, and Darren thought of his long-awaited revenge on Korno.

Ch. 29A Hateful Man

Luo Ao and Darren confronted Korno at his secluded mountain home to settle Darren’s grudge over Helen’s death. Luo Ao trapped Korno with overlapping water and fire God's Domains, leaving Korno pleading for his life.

  • Luo Ao recovered from splitting his soul and agreed to accompany Darren to hunt Korno.
  • Darren and Luo Ao reached the Xiuyisi Mountain Range, where Darren’s sword slash triggered an avalanche and drew Korno out.
  • Darren attacked Korno over Helen’s death, but Korno dodged with his Shadow Clone Technique and mocked them.
  • Luo Ao unleashed two overlapping God's Domains, restraining Korno and weakening his ability to escape with clones.
  • Korno realized he could not get away and begged Luo Ao to spare him.

Ch. 30Revenge and Hope

Darren killed Korno with Luo Ao’s help and took revenge for what Korno had done to Helen. As they returned, Darren asked whether Helen’s soul could be rescued from a Sovereign, and Luo Ao said there might still be a little hope.

  • Luo Ao restrained Korno while Darren attacked him, overcoming his Shadow Clones and wounding him severely.
  • Darren struck Korno again with his strongest attack, leaving him gravely injured and unable to fight back.
  • Darren killed Korno with a final sword strike, and Luo Ao collected Korno’s Divine Spark, Space Ring, and Divine Artifacts.
  • Darren thanked Luo Ao and asked whether a mortal whose soul had been sacrificed to a Sovereign could be rescued.
  • Luo Ao said there might still be a little hope.

Ch. 31A Divine Spark and Reconciliation

After killing Korno, Luo Ao gave the recovered darkness Divine Spark to his father, Bourne, and planned to protect him while he refined it. Meanwhile, Gu'en investigated Korno’s death and decided to alert the Shadow Courtyard, hoping the Dark Church could avoid further conflict.

  • Darren thanked Luo Ao for helping him fulfill his long-held wish and considered following him in the future.
  • Luo Ao searched Korno’s Space Ring, found no second Divine Spark, and returned to Helen City with the materials he collected.
  • Luo Ao gave Bourne a darkness Divine Spark containing the Shadow Clone Technique and explained that Bourne could refine it because he had reached Saint-level.
  • Bourne accepted the Divine Spark despite the limits it would place on his future cultivation, while Luo Ao planned to continue fusing his Fire Law profound mysteries and guard his father.
  • Gu'en arrived at the Xiuyisi Mountain Range, concluded Darren alone could not have killed Korno, and decided to inform the Shadow Courtyard about the unknown expert.

Ch. 32A new understanding

Luo Ao advanced his fusion of Fire Element and the Fire Body Technique while discovering properties linked to other fire mysteries. Meanwhile, Gu'en alerted Shadow about Korno’s killer, and Xide learned of the report while living undercover as an adventurer.

  • Luo Ao continued fusing Fire Element and the Fire Body Technique and realized he had begun understanding and fusing two additional fire mysteries.
  • Gu'en visited the Shadow Courtyard and asked Alpha to inform Mr. Xide about the expert who killed Korno.
  • Xide traveled with Nicole’s adventuring party in the Triel Mountains, pretending to be an ordinary, carefree novice.
  • Alpha met Xide at night and reported the events surrounding Korno’s death, and Xide said he already knew.

Ch. 33Shadow's Visit

Xide secretly watched Luo Ao’s rise and later visited him to test the continent’s new expert. After their brief clash, Shadow left, and Luo Ao returned to cultivating, aware that another powerful God lived on the Boya Continent.

  • Xide decided he would meet the newcomer after finishing his adventurer stint and returned to camp in the guise of a novice.
  • More than ten years later, Shadow approached Luo Ao as he cultivated on the mountain behind his residence.
  • Luo Ao sensed Shadow and struck with Star Flame Thrust, but pierced only a clone.
  • Shadow surrounded Luo Ao with deceptive clones, and Luo Ao answered by transforming into a flame divine dragon and destroying them.
  • Shadow produced more clones, revealing that he had fused profound mysteries, then identified himself as Shadow and denied belonging to the Dark Church.
  • Shadow said he had come to see Luo Ao and departed through the shadows, while Luo Ao resumed cultivating.

Ch. 34God

Luo Ao reached the God realm by completing the fusion of two Fire Laws, and his soul grew to the potential of a Highgod. After learning that the continent’s recent upheavals involved a newly ascended God, he asked Bourne and Darren what had happened.

  • While Luo Ao cultivated in seclusion, several experts across the Boya Continent independently ascended to deityhood, and Bourne worried about the growing upheaval.
  • Luo Ao completed the fusion of the Fire Body Technique and Fire Element profound mysteries, transforming his Lowgod Divine Spark into a God Divine Spark.
  • The Divine Spark’s transformation raised Luo Ao’s soul-growth limit to the Highgod level, though his Water Element remained at Lowgod.
  • Bourne and Darren arrived after sensing the Natural Laws and asked Luo Ao how strong he had become; Luo Ao said an ordinary God could not defeat him.
  • Darren began explaining that one of the two Natural Law fluctuations from ten years earlier had marked someone’s breakthrough to God.

Ch. 35Aogemate

Darren and Bourne told Luo Ao that Aogemate had seized control of much of the Boya Continent and was forcing its experts to submit, flee, or die. With the ten-year deadline nearly over, Luo Ao agreed to confront Aogemate and set out to find him.

  • Darren explained that Aogemate had secretly built the Tower of Black to recruit talented Saint-level experts and had gathered many followers before becoming a God.
  • Darren and Bourne described how Aogemate killed a Lowgod, took control of more than ten empires, and amassed a dozen or so Lowgod subordinates.
  • Bourne said Aogemate had given all Saint-level and Deity-level experts ten years to submit or leave the Boya Continent, and that many had already fled to avoid enslavement or death.
  • Luo Ao assured Bourne that he could defeat the newly advanced Aogemate and asked where he was.
  • Luo Ao decided to go confront Aogemate himself, wondering why Shadow had not acted.

Ch. 36A Blaze of Fire

Shadow chose not to intervene against Aogemate, believing Luo Ao could defeat him, while Echidna and Betty worried about the danger Aogemate posed to the dragons. The chapter ended with news that Aogemate had been killed in a fiery attack, leaving Betty to wonder whether an old acquaintance had acted.

  • Shadow told Alpha that the Shadow Courtyard would not intervene because Luo Ao could handle Aogemate, and he praised Luo Ao's Soul Mutation and talent for Fusion Profound Mysteries.
  • Echidna asked Betty to protect Aogemate's potential victims, but Betty said she could not fight him safely or shelter the dragon race's many Saint-level members.
  • Betty warned Echidna that her innate divine ability could not kill Aogemate while she was only a Lowgod, and Echidna vowed to defeat him once she became a God.
  • After the old Dragon God prepared to take the dragons to the Light God Plane, news arrived that Aogemate had been killed by a blazing strike and all his lackeys had been slaughtered.
  • Betty heard that fire had killed Aogemate and wondered whether the person she remembered from thirty thousand years earlier was responsible.

Ch. 37The Divine Court's Destruction

Luo Ao confronted Aogemate at the Supreme Divine Court and killed his strongest Divine Clone. He then decided to eradicate Aogemate’s subordinates, leaving the Divine Court in flames.

  • Luo Ao flew north while Aogemate ruled the continent and demanded that three remaining Deity-level factions submit or leave.
  • Luo Ao appeared before Aogemate and refused his offer to divide the world.
  • Aogemate attacked Luo Ao, but Luo Ao’s Soul Attack killed him before the Crimson Annihilation Divine Sword burned away his body.
  • Luo Ao discovered Aogemate had another clone and resolved to eliminate his subordinates to prevent further threats.
  • Luo Ao destroyed the Supreme Divine Court and eradicated every Deity-level and Saint-level expert inside.

Ch. 38Attaining Godhood Through Destruction

Luo Ao gained faith as the Guardian God of Boya while traveling the continent and comprehending the Water Law. When Echidna traced a new godhood ripple to him, she discovered that the mysterious expert who killed Aogemate was far stronger than she had realized.

  • Stories exaggerated Luo Ao's defeat of Aogemate into a legendary battle, and nations across the continent established temples to him as the Guardian God of Boya.
  • Luo Ao toured the continent and worked to comprehend a second profound mystery of the Water Law.
  • Echidna sensed a new godhood ripple from the south and left the Forest of Dragons to investigate.
  • Echidna found Luo Ao in a nameless valley and recognized him from the Sacred Spring Water contest, while Luo Ao identified her as the mysterious dragon.
  • Echidna thanked Luo Ao for killing Aogemate and asked how he had become so powerful, but he kept his secret and bluntly admitted he was looking at her.

Ch. 39Weiersi, the God of Life

Luo Ao and Echidna traveled across the Boya Continent and investigated rumors of Weiersi, a supposed God of Life. Luo Ao discovered that Weiersi was truly a God and feared the implications, leaving the pair to meet him in the Forest of Nature.

  • Echidna explained that Betty had favored Luo Ao because she wanted to befriend a divine beast like Echidna.
  • After struggling to master the Water Body Technique, Luo Ao paused his secluded cultivation and traveled across the Boya Continent with Echidna.
  • In Xierdiluoke, Luo Ao and Echidna heard that a Temple of Life had appeared and that its followers worshiped Weiersi, the God of Life.
  • Luo Ao and Echidna followed the rumors to the Forest of Nature, where Weiersi sensed their arrival and worried that the powerful visitor might be a Highgod.
  • Luo Ao recognized Weiersi as a God and grew troubled by what that meant; Weiersi waited outside his wooden house as Luo Ao and Echidna entered the forest.

Ch. 40The Planar Prison Stalag

Luo Ao learned that Weiersi had escaped from the Stalag Planar Prison through a spatial weak point near the Gloomy Gorge. He traveled there with Weiersi to inspect the damaged seal, worried that more dangerous prisoners could escape.

  • Weiersi introduced himself to Luo Ao and confirmed that he had come from the Stalag Planar Prison.
  • Weiersi explained that he had escaped through a weak point in space, and Luo Ao realized that the prison's seal might have failed.
  • Weiersi offered to lead Luo Ao to the Gloomy Gorge, where he had emerged.
  • Luo Ao asked Weiersi about the prison's inhabitants as they flew toward the gorge, concerned that powerful Highgods might escape.

Ch. 41The Shattered Magic Formation

Luo Ao, Weiersi, and Echidna inspected the spatial weak point connecting the Boya Continent to Stalag Planar Prison and found the magic formation that had been damaged when Weiersi escaped. Unable to repair it themselves, they decided to seek help from the planar overseer, Betty.

  • Weiersi warned Luo Ao and Echidna that the Demon Dragon, Zennard, ruled Stalag Planar Prison, but said the spatial weak point was difficult to find and force open.
  • The three discussed the risk of more experts escaping, and Weiersi estimated that opening a temporary passage required at least peak Lowgod strength.
  • Weiersi led Luo Ao and Echidna into a dark cavern beneath Gloomy Gorge and showed them the exposed azure magic formation.
  • Luo Ao saw that the formation’s intricate lines were badly cracked and concluded that they could not repair it themselves.
  • Echidna suggested asking planar overseer Betty for help, and Luo Ao agreed to seek her out.

Ch. 42The Last Resort

Luo Ao and Echidna sought the Planar Overseer Betty’s help with the damaged sealing magic array, but she could only report the problem to higher authorities. Unwilling to abandon the Boya Plane, Luo Ao returned to the cavern beneath Gloomy Gorge and focused on the area above the azure platform, leaving Echidna shocked by what he did next.

  • Luo Ao, Weiersi, and Echidna traveled from Gloomy Gorge to find Betty at her home on Mount Tesla.
  • Betty recognized Luo Ao, praised his strength, and listened as Echidna explained the sealing magic array problem.
  • Betty said she could only report the matter and could not promise when anyone would come to repair the array.
  • Betty urged Luo Ao and Echidna to leave the Boya Plane for the Divine Planes, but Luo Ao chose to handle the crisis himself.
  • Weiersi decided to stay in the Nightmare Forest after hearing that surviving elves lived there, while Luo Ao returned to the cavern beneath Gloomy Gorge.
  • Luo Ao focused on the area above the azure platform, and Echidna cried out in shock at his actions.

Ch. 43First Arrival in the Planar Prison

Luo Ao sent his Water Element Divine Clone into the Stalag Planar Prison to guard the breach and investigate the area. After meeting a dark elf fleeing pursuers, he lied to the pursuing men about her direction, and their yellow-haired leader attacked him.

  • Luo Ao cut open space with the Crimson Annihilation Divine Sword and sent his Water Element Divine Clone through the breach into the Planar Prison.
  • Luo Ao emerged in the barren Stalag Planar Prison, found what seemed to be Weiersi's cave, and set out to learn about the area.
  • Luo Ao caught up with a dark elf woman, who warned him that someone was chasing her and urged him to leave.
  • Luo Ao ignored her warning and pointed her pursuers in the wrong direction when they asked where she had gone.
  • The yellow-haired leader realized Luo Ao was lying and charged at him with a thunderous punch.

Ch. 44A Clash of Flames

Luo Ao killed Montreal and the other Saint-level fighters serving Asol, then waited in Weiersi’s dwelling until Asol tracked him down. Their battle escalated as both unleashed powerful fire attacks, and an azure streak emerged from a spatial fissure after their strongest moves collided.

  • Luo Ao killed Montreal with a fiery sword strike and then wiped out the other Saint-level fighters who warned him about Asol.
  • Luo Ao learned that Asol was a God certified as an elite expert by Cold Moon City, then settled in Weiersi’s dwelling.
  • Asol found Luo Ao and attacked him with flaming serpents and a Soul Attack, but Luo Ao resisted both.
  • Asol used Lava's Wrath, and Luo Ao endured the flames while sensing the properties of Asol’s profound mysteries of fire.
  • Asol unleashed Flames Burn All, and Luo Ao answered with A Spark Sets the Prairie Ablaze, causing their attacks to clash and tear open spatial fissures.
  • Both fighters flew back from the collision, and an azure streak darted out of one of the fissures.

Ch. 45By a Hair's Breadth

Asol bound an azure longsword that was a Sovereign Artifact and used its power to overwhelm Luo Ao in the Planar Prison. Just as Asol prepared to finish him, Luo Ao broke through the final mystery of the Water Body Technique, changing the balance of the fight.

  • An azure longsword and a blue-green crystal flew out of spatial turbulence, and Asol caught the sword while Luo Ao secured the crystal.
  • Asol bound the azure longsword with his blood, unaware that it was a Sovereign Artifact, and challenged Luo Ao with it.
  • Asol's empowered slash shattered Luo Ao's Black Longsword and wounded his shoulder, forcing Luo Ao to draw another weapon.
  • Outside the Planar Prison, Luo Ao's Fire Divine Clone recovered from the crisis and returned his attention to mastering the Water Body Technique.
  • Asol prepared to kill Luo Ao, but a breakthrough in the Water Body Technique brought down the pressure of the natural laws and stunned Asol.

Ch. 46A higher sky

After breaking through to Water Element Lowgod, Luo Ao decided to leave the Boya Continent for the Hell Plane to advance his Water Law. He brought Echidna home and received his parents’ blessing before setting out for a higher sky.

  • Asol escaped while Luo Ao completed his Water Element breakthrough and manifested his Lowgod Divine Spark.
  • Luo Ao judged that his increased strength still did not give him an advantage over Asol and resolved to pursue the Water Law in the Infernal Realm.
  • Luo Ao told Echidna he planned to go to the Hell Plane, and she asked to accompany him; he agreed.
  • Luo Ao and Echidna returned to Helen City, where Bourne encouraged Luo Ao to follow his path and promised that he and Mansha would wait for him.

Ch. 47Before Parting

Luo Ao and Echidna left the Boya Material Plane for the Infernal Realm after saying goodbye to their family and friends. In the Shadow Courtyard, Xide learned of their departure and reflected on Aogemate’s destruction of the sealing array.

  • Luo Ao’s sister Nicole gave him a powerful ice-crystal longsword from Shadow, who had also caught the hidden Aogemate.
  • Luo Ao and Echidna declined Betty’s offer to travel to the Radiant Divine Realm and used her teleportation array to reach the Infernal Realm.
  • Alpha told Xide that Luo Ao had arrived in the Infernal Realm, and Xide said he hoped they would meet again.
  • Xide explained that Aogemate had destroyed the sealing array, admitted he had been careless, and dismissed Alpha after she apologized.

Ch. 48Sky-Piercing Peak

Luo Ao and Echidna arrived in the Infernal Realm and joined over a hundred beings from Material Planes at Sky-Piercing Peak. Captain Gumonli Leiya of the Muja Army took charge of transporting the arrivals and instructed them to follow her orders.

  • Luo Ao and Echidna appeared in a teleportation formation at Sky-Piercing Peak and sensed the Infernal Realm’s dense elements and powerful restrictions.
  • A red-haired guard ordered Luo Ao and Echidna to join the arrivals waiting in the clearing.
  • More beings from Material Planes arrived, and a green-haired woman told them they would be sent away after daybreak.
  • Gumonli Leiya introduced herself as a captain in the Muja Army and took charge of transporting the arrivals.
  • Gumonli Leiya told the group to obey her instructions as they learned what they needed to do next.

Ch. 49The Vast Infernal Realm

Gumonli Leiya sent Luo Ao, Echidna, and more than a hundred newcomers from the Material Planes aboard a Metal Lifeform toward Redbud Prefecture. During the journey, Zamir introduced the Infernal Realm and its rulers, leaving the newcomers awed by its vastness and power.

  • A burly man transformed into a black mystic turtle, and Gumonli Leiya ordered the Material Plane newcomers aboard.
  • Luo Ao, Echidna, and the others explored the Metal Lifeform as it departed from Sky-Piercing Peak and flew across the ocean.
  • Gumonli Leiya chose Redbud Prefecture as their destination, and Zamir began explaining the Infernal Realm to the passengers.
  • Zamir explained that the Infernal Realm had five continents and two oceans ruled by the Seven Sovereigns of Hell, and that the Muja Continent belonged to Sovereign Muja.
  • Zamir described Redbud Prefecture as spanning over two billion li, leaving the newcomers stunned by the scale of the Infernal Realm.

Ch. 50Sinking Fire Mountain Range

Luo Ao and Echidna arrived in Redbud Prefecture after a ten-year journey aboard a Metal Lifeform and received Inkstones as currency for the Infernal Realm. They joined the Sinking Fire Tribe for protection and were shown a vacant place to build a home, while the Saint-level travelers were left to fend for themselves.

  • Luo Ao cultivated the Mist Illusion Profound Mystery during the journey, and the Muja Army's Metal Lifeform crossed the Infernal Realm without being challenged.
  • Zamir gave Inkstones to Luo Ao and the other twelve travelers who had reached Deity Level, then the Metal Lifeform dropped its passengers into Redbud Prefecture.
  • Luo Ao and Echidna landed in the Sinking Fire Mountain Range, where Hansating invited them to join the Sinking Fire Tribe for one Inkstone each.
  • The Saint-level travelers were refused entry to the tribe and stayed together nearby, while Hansating led Luo Ao and Echidna away.
  • Hansating showed Luo Ao and Echidna a vacant building site and explained that the tribe's sinking fire stone was common construction material, while its valuable essence came from the mountain.
