Not to mention them, even Digelunsi wouldn't want to face such a situation.
"If I could, I wouldn't want to be enemies with an Asura. As for the rules of the Sovereign, humph, as long as you're strong enough, who cares? Would the Sovereign really personally attack a god just because he interfered in the Battle Arena?"
Digelunsi thought disdainfully to himself, "For most gods, the rules set by the Sovereign are supreme, but for us Commander, many of those rules mean nothing. As long as we don't directly offend the Sovereign's majesty, the Sovereign has no time to bother with us."
"But who knew this person actually came to challenge me!"
Thinking of this, Digelunsi was enraged. Challenging the Lord of the Prefecture—such a thing hadn't happened for many years, except for Beirut. For the challenger, challenging the Lord of the Prefecture represented unparalleled courage and strength; however, for the challenged Lord of the Prefecture, it represented humiliation.
After all, there are 108 rulers in the Infernal Realm, and if someone were to challenge one, it would undoubtedly be the weakest. Now that he himself has been challenged, doesn't that mean he is the weakest?
The more Digelunsi thought about it, the angrier he became, and his murderous intent towards Andrew grew stronger.
Andrew was living with Deenmike in a courtyard in the south of the city. He had already bought the courtyard, and the city guards had searched it before, but with Andrew's strength, he could easily get away with it by disguising himself. Afterwards, he sent a telepathic message to Digelunsi, issuing his challenge.
His soul was far more powerful than Digelunsi's. Digelunsi received his telepathic message but couldn't find him. This could be considered a form of deterrence.
Just as things calmed down outside, Andrew discovered that Deenmike had gained some insights and wanted to meditate.
"After that brush with death, this kid must have learned something. It seems he's going to surpass Herbert this time."
Andrew sensed that Deenmike's Earth Divine Power was steadily increasing, knowing that he must have broken through the bottleneck. Once he crossed the final step, he would be able to fuse the two Laws and become Midgod. This was an extraordinary achievement; few in the Infernal Realm could accomplish it.
Andrew is very happy to have such a junior colleague.
Andrew felt much more at ease after setting up a magic circle to conceal Deenmike's aura. Over the years, he had not given up his research on magic circles, but without guidance at the Deity-level, his progress in this area was very slow. However, as his understanding of the Laws deepened, Andrew was able to set up some high-level magic circles.
After settling Deenmike, Andrew went to the Battle Arena again the next day. This time, the number of guards on the Battle Arena had increased many times over, and many of the Bloodridge Army, who were rarely seen on ordinary days, had also arrived. Those people reeked of blood, and they must have taken many lives.
Andrew made no attempt to conceal himself, appearing openly at the entrance to the Battle Arena. The moment he appeared, everyone noticed him. In unison, thousands of sharp gazes were fixed on him, some filled with murderous intent.
Andrew seemed oblivious to all this, calmly walking into the Battle Arena. The Battle Arena was quiet; everyone seemed to be waiting for him.
Without any hesitation, Andrew stepped onto the ring. He looked around and could sense that Digelunsi was watching him from one of the upper-level boxes.
"He actually came. Is he trying to find out what I'm made of, or is he going to accept my challenge?" Andrew thought to himself, not surprised at all. Knowing that Digelunsi wanted to challenge him, it would be strange if he didn't come.
"The challenge begins!"
Lacking yesterday's passion, today's Battle Arena was remarkably calm. There were even more spectators than yesterday, but none of the frenzied cheers.
After the referee finished speaking, a bald, burly man walked onto the stage. He carried a black axe on his back, and his muscles were bulging, making him extremely strong.
After stepping onto the stage, the bald, burly man remained silent. He reached behind him with his right hand, and an axe appeared in his hand. He then forcefully chopped at Andrew. Powerful Fire Element Divine Power clung to the axe blade, and its force almost set the arena ablaze.
" Seven-Star Fiend, is this one of your subordinates?" Andrew wondered to himself. Seven-Star Fiend were rare on the Battle Arena, and he had just entered the arena today and had already encountered one. It was too much of a coincidence. It was very likely that this person was used by Digelunsi to test his strength.
Thinking this, Andrew slightly shifted his body, dodging the axe attack. He was so fast that the bald giant couldn't react in time. Then, he punched the axe head. He only used 30% of his strength in this punch, but even so, he knocked the axe away.
"Bang!"
The flying axe embedded itself in the stone wall of the Battle Arena, causing the entire Battle Arena to Vibration slightly.
"Get down." Andrew didn't stop. He flashed behind the bald, burly man and kicked him in the waist with his right leg.
The bald, burly man's speed was his weakness. He tried his best to dodge, but eventually he couldn't. Under Andrew's force, he flew out of the ring, looking disheveled, but he wasn't seriously injured.
"Once I become the lord of the manor, he will be my subordinate. There's no need to harm him." This was Andrew's thought.
In the private box of the Battle Arena, Digelunsi watched Andrew's fight and then fell into deep thought.
"Its speed isn't weak, but it's not particularly strong either. Its strength and physique seem formidable; it must be some kind of Divine Beast or Special Lifeform. If it's Divine Beast, it must possess Innate Divine Ability..."
Because Andrew's soul was powerful and his ability to conceal his aura was strong, Digelunsi could not sense the Azure Dragon aura on him. Otherwise, Digelunsi would have known his background long ago. As the lord of the Bloodflame Prefecture, he had a lot of dealings with the Four Divine Beasts Clan on a daily basis.
"Next!" Digelunsi continued to send his men to test him.
Andrew stood there casually, waiting for the challengers. In the next nine rounds of challenges, he encountered five Seven-Star Fiend, and the rest were Six-Star Fiend. He wasn't surprised by this; after a little thought, he knew that these people were definitely sent by Digelunsi to test him.
"If you want to know my capabilities, I'll show you."
Andrew only used 30% of his strength to deal with these challengers, and even so, it was still a crushing victory. The gap between Seven-Star Fiend and Asura was too great, almost insurmountable. Many people say that the top-tier Seven-Star Fiend, the Purple Blood Fiend, has the strength to challenge Asura, but those who are truly strong know that if the Purple Blood Fiend were to challenge Asura, the result would inevitably be death.
After a twenty-game winning streak, Andrew left. This time, Digelunsi didn't send anyone to follow him. By now, he was certain that Andrew truly possessed the strength of Asura. Facing his Seven-Star Fiend subordinates, who else but Asura could have won so easily?
Asura powerhouses command respect wherever they go, and even other Asura are unwilling to offend such an opponent.
Watching Andrew's retreating figure, Digelunsi was speculating, trying to guess Andrew's true strength.
"I wonder how much of his strength he used in that challenge..."
Digelunsi compared himself to Andrew, saying that if he were to challenge him, he could achieve the same result as Andrew using only 10% of his strength. If Andrew used more than 10% of his strength, he would not be a match for him.
In fact, his prediction was correct. None of Andrew's three Divine Clone were a match for Digelunsi. However, Andrew had his own trump cards. His greatest trump card was the Fused Divine Power, and he also possessed Sovereign Artifact. With these, Andrew's strength could increase a hundredfold!
Regardless of Digelunsi's speculations and concerns, the challenge proceeded as scheduled.
Three days later, Andrew achieved a 30-game winning streak.
Four days later, a 40-game winning streak.
On the tenth day, Andrew wounded the last powerful Seven-Star Fiend, forcing him to admit defeat. This man was a champion with a hundred consecutive victories in the previous Battle Arena, but he only lasted a few minutes against Andrew.
Upon seeing the new champion with a hundred consecutive wins, everyone in the Battle Arena couldn't help but cheer.
Amidst the thunderous cheers, Andrew coldly announced, " Digelunsi, I challenge you. Are you ready?"
The name of Digelunsi of Bloodflame Prefecture is known to everyone in Bloodflame City.
According to the rules, those who achieve a hundred consecutive victories have the right to challenge the Lord of the City. Just now, everyone was speculating whether Andrew would challenge the Lord of the City. Unexpectedly, Andrew announced it directly!
"Challenging the Lord of the Bloodflame Prefecture? This hasn't happened in billions of years, has it?" Some veteran Seven-Star Fiend whispered among themselves, their excitement palpable. Some had witnessed Digelunsi' challenge against the previous Lord of the Bloodflame Prefecture Digelunsi still vividly remembered the power he displayed.
"Over the years, the Lord of the Manor has only made a move three times, and each time it signifies the fall of a challenger... I wonder if Andrew can survive under the Lord of the Manor's command!"
"I'm not so sure. Everyone can see that Andrew is much stronger than the previous challengers. He might even be able to defeat the Lord of the Manor!"
Amidst the whispers and murmurs, Andrew gazed in a certain direction and coldly asked, " Digelunsi, do you dare accept my challenge?"
