Shikaku Nara looked intently into Shinsei's eyes.
Shinsei has been managing Konoha for some time now, and he has always been very measured in his actions.
While their management skills may not be exceptionally high, they are certainly above average.
However, Shinsei's recent actions have been a bit too big, causing his subordinates to worry and wonder where this future leader intends to steer the great ship of Konoha.
"Alright, since you asked, let's have a discussion, Shikaku. Do you think it's right or wrong that this world is constantly at war, with people killing each other?"
Without hesitation, Shikaku replied, "No!"
" Shikaku, when I went out on missions, I saw many commoners who were starving and cold, and were also oppressed by nobles. Was that right or wrong?"
Shikaku Nara wanted to say it had nothing to do with ninjas, but his conscience wouldn't allow him to say something against his conscience, "No."
"If it's wrong, why not change it?"
" Lord Shinsei, we are ninjas. We only need to complete missions and obey orders."
Shinsei laughed heartily, " Shikaku, we are ninjas, that's right. Ninjas need to obey orders and complete missions, that's also right."
But a ninja is a human being, not just a tool that can manipulate Chakra.

Shinsei's eyes lit up with amusement upon hearing Shikaku Nara's words. The man before him was indeed sensible, clearly understanding his responsibilities.
"We have a plan, but we still need Shikaku's help to refine it."
Shikaku Nara leaned forward, listening attentively to Shinsei's explanation and offering suggestions based on his own experience.
As time went Tenten, Konoha recently saw a large influx of people from other places.
All the inns in the village were fully booked, so the Hokage had to step in and arrange for some of the guests to stay in the homes of Konoha. These people were all there to attend the Konoha Hokage ceremony.
Unlike Tsunade's inauguration ceremony, Konoha was much better prepared this time. The current Konoha is different from a few years ago; it can be said to be at its zenith.
In this world where strength reigns supreme, the ultimate height of a village often depends on the number of Kage Level ninjas it possesses.
Konoha undoubtedly stands above all other villages.
The older generation of ninjas included Jiraiya, Tsunade, and Orochimaru from another world; the next generation included Kakashi and Might Guy; and the next generation after that included Shinsei, Naruto, Sasuke, Minato Namikaze, Kushina Uzumaki, and a modified Hidan of Hidan.
The presence of these ninjas in the same village created a deadly threat to other villages.
Gaara of Sunagakure had arrived in Konoha three days ahead of schedule, acting like a subordinate.
Meanwhile, Mei Terumi, the Mizukage of Kirigakure in the Land of Water, and Jinchūriki, Chōjūrō arrived in Konoha ahead of schedule.
The Kumogakure sent an envoy led by Killer B. The Iwagakure of the Land of Earth sent Kitsuchi and Tsuchikage, the granddaughter of the Kurotsuchi.
Early in the morning, Shinsei's mother urged Shinsei to change into his new clothes, putting a white holy robe over his clothes. The white holy robe had the words "Sixth Hokage " embroidered on the back.
Riya pulled Shinsei along, looking him up and down, her eyes practically overflowing with joy. "My son is still the most handsome!"
Shinsei replied with a smile, "Of course, it doesn't even matter whose genes I inherited."
Riya's eyes narrowed into crescent moons as she smiled.
Da Nobita, standing at the door, urged, "Hurry up! Don't keep the guests waiting too long!"
"Okay." Riya muttered to Nobita, then took her son's hand and left the room.
At this moment, the corridor outside the house was filled with Shinsei's classmates. Everyone was excited; they were all genuinely happy that their classmate had become Hokage.
Naruto looked at Shinsei's divine robe and couldn't help but shout, "That outfit is so cool!"
Shinsei replied with a smile, "Want to wear it? Then keep working hard. I'm looking forward to you becoming the next Hokage!"
Naruto said earnestly, "I will try my best."
A large group of classmates escorted Shinsei down the stairs. Shinsei felt as if he wasn't going to become Hokage, but rather to get married.
The convenience store downstairs was now packed with people, and all the neighbors were standing at their doorways and on the street outside their apartments. As Shinsei came down, a voice suddenly shouted from the crowd, " Lord Hokage!"
Shinsei smiled and waved to them.
" Lord Hokage!" More people shouted.
When Shinsei stepped out of the room and stood at the entrance, even more people cheered and waved at him. Shinsei greeted them as he walked towards the Hokage Shinsei.
There is a spacious platform on the roof of the Hokage Building, Shinsei walked up to the platform.
Seeing that the area around him was already filled with people, he smiled at them.
Tsunade, holding the Hokage's hat, stepped forward and solemnly placed it on Hokage 'Shinsei head. "The rest is up to you. Don't let me down."
Shinsei nodded. "Teacher, I won't let you down."
Tsunade nodded and gestured for him to move forward. Shinsei followed Tsunade's instruction and stood at the edge of the platform.
Seeing that the crowd below was already densely packed, Shinsei stretched out his right hand and waved to the crowd.
A deafening cheer resounded throughout Konoha.
Shinsei smiled, his white teeth gleaming in the sunlight.
Once the cheers from the crowd had subsided slightly, Shinsei addressed the crowd below loudly:
"From this day forward, I am the Sixth Hokage of Konoha. I promise to protect my villagers and bring you peace and happiness!"
An even louder cheer erupted, seemingly about to lift the sky above Konoha. Shinsei looked down at the cheering crowd, his heart filled with mixed emotions.
Since crossing over into this world, he has worked hard and been cautious, and has finally made it to where he is now.
Now he wants to lead those around him to change the world, embarking on a familiar yet unfamiliar path.
