Kosuke's reputation as a perennial Genin wasn't for nothing. His Konoha-Style swordsmanship combined with Gyokucha's group Genjutsu made dealing with the Sound Ninja's weak force a piece of cake.
"We won!"
After defeating the last Sound Ninja, Rock Lee cheered.
After taking the Super Military Rations Pill, Choji was able to walk normally, although he hadn't fully recovered his damaged muscles.
Gyokucha put down her jade flute and frowned. " Choji- kun, wasn't your mission to hold them back? Why are you engaging them head-on? Shikamaru will scold you if he finds out!"
Choji and Ino initially only intended to hold off the Sound Ninja when they discovered the abnormality in the valley and prepared to provide support, while waiting for the main force to arrive. However, Tenten and the other two, acting as support, immediately reduced most of their combat strength and disrupted the Sound Ninja formation, leading to the discovery of the two raiding forces and forcing them to engage in a direct confrontation.

The ground trembled, and in the distance, the Hongshi raced like a black chariot, crashing into the trees in front of it and carving a path through the dense forest.

Tenten: "Did Hongshi-kun fall down?"
Sakura: "That's right."
