Underground, the giant hand extends continuously, like groundwater. It appears to be a single line, but in reality, the area it connects to is unimaginable, almost inexhaustible.

Only now did Bai Mo truly understand the calamity that had befallen the Fairy Britain, and why Morgan was relieved that his three-day absence had only resulted in the destruction of the kingdom. The giant hand at this moment was no longer Calamity capable of destroying Britain, nor could it harm Bai Mo in the slightest.

But this thing is like an advancing fortress, slowly and steadily destroying Britain bit by bit. No matter how it is severed, it will reassemble. The smaller ones rise up and become Mors, while the larger ones gather back into the giant hand.

If nothing unexpected happens, this thing will emerge, tear the entire New Darlington to shreds, then break this piece of land to pieces and sink it into the sea forever.

"But you're not so lucky. Such a low concentration—is it just a clone? If it were the main body, I wouldn't be so sure."

Bai Mo stretched out his hand, and Magnetic Field Power surged. In an instant, the rock was transformed into a clear spring under the power of atomic recombination. Bai Mo left a Runes in the spot, allowing the water to continue flowing.

He opened his hands and, using Magnetic Field Power as a foundation, wove a Magecraft. This was the purifying authority given to him by the water god Enki in the past. After fully comprehending this, he activated the water flow that purified the curse.

Previously, Bai Mo's Magecraft skills were limited to the basic Runes taught by Touko. However, in the Northern Europe, through the Well of Wisdom and with the generous instruction from Skadi and Ortlinde, he had already reached an exceptional level in the field of Runes.

The Complete Realm is the control of power; what kind of power it is doesn't matter much. Bai Mo quickly mastered Runes and began to study some of the gods' abilities that he had learned about before, the first of which was Enki's purification.

Rain falls on the Daichi, washing away the dust; rivers rush through, carrying away the filth.

On the other side, Bai Mo ignored the curses and fell directly down. The curses that worked on fairies had almost no effect on humans, or rather, the being that released the curse never intended humans to be the target of the curse in the first place.

Bai Mo quickly located the underground source, from which he could clearly sense that its origin was the huge crater in the direction of Camelot. He extended two fingers, and the light of Avici Uninterrupted flickered.

The earth and rocks seemed to have evaporated, along with the blood vessel-like junction. With a wave of Bai Mo's hand, layers of crystalline barriers separated them, preventing the Calamity curse on the other side from advancing any further.

On the other side, the Calamity that had been severed was like a fish thrown ashore, out of the water, constantly thrashing about in the purifying water. With each wash, its form diminished.

It gave one last tremor, as if it were dead, and then fell silent.

"Stop pretending. You still have quite a bit of power, don't you? What a strange fellow. It's clearly just a curse, yet it seems to possess intelligence."

Bai Mo said coldly. The next moment, the remaining body of Calamity rushed upwards, even at the cost of wasting part of its body. The space of the Abyss was extremely large, and a single water valve was not enough to completely cover it. Just as this thing was about to rush out, a figure rushed over from the other side of the Abyss.

It was a ball of flame, burning fiercely, like a well-trained and powerful hunting dog. The burning sword slashed down, and the red-hot chains bound the pitch-black Calamity first, like the jaws of a giant beast closing.

"Chew it up, Carnwennan!"

The burning giant sword continued to erode the Calamity's remaining body, causing it to shatter piece by piece. Then, like a piece of meat falling into the mouth of a wild beast, it was chewed up and swallowed.

Seeing this, Bai Mo silently put away the Myoken Divine Wheel that had been ready to be unleashed.

As the flames subsided, standing atop the rock wall was a massive, golden-haired fairy. Her silver-white armor shone even in the abyss, and her long golden hair cascaded down to her waist, resembling a lion's mane.

She had striking heterochromatic eyes and was observing Bai Mo with great interest.

With a flick of her wrist, the chains wrapped around her hand, and she reached out to Bai Mo. After speaking, she glanced at the area sealed off by Bai Mo, and at the twisted curse behind the crystallized area.

"Thank you for your righteous intervention, Fairy Knight Gawain. We appreciate your efforts in vanquishing this Calamity."

"Gawain?"

Bai Mo pondered the name, which was somewhat unexpected. His original purpose was to find Morgan's companion, the Fairy Knight Tristan, and to make New Darlington his first base.

Surprisingly, Gawain appeared before Fairy Knight Tristan, was found.

"This isn't the place to talk. Please come upstairs with me. New Darlington's castle should still be there; Tristan might be in it."

Bai Mo did not refuse. He stepped onto the rock wall and walked upwards step by step. But just then, a piece of gravel fell down, followed by logs, sandbags and other things, which kept falling from the cave above.

At this moment, the fairies of New Darlington are throwing whatever they can get their hands on—sandbags for guards, bricks from the city, anything else they can grab—into the abyss.

"Hurry up, hurry up, Calamity is coming!"

"This is too slow, it's not enough at all! Tristan, why didn't you prepare more? Damn it, back the wagons in!"

"Hopefully that human can hold on a little longer, at least until we bury this place."

The fairies kept throwing things down, and some of the more brutal Fang Clan even threw the fairies next to them down. Bai Mo ignored the falling fairies, while the Fairy Knight Gawain clicked his tongue in dissatisfaction, caught one casually, and then leaped away.

He shoved the skinny little demon down from his grasp and demanded sharply, "What are you doing? Don't you know the warriors fighting against the Calamity are down there too?"

Tsk, that Tristan guy is really not fit to be a lord. Without His Majesty's care, the goblins in the territory are a complete mess. Those goblins who started this, step forward!"

"Alright, let's not waste time on this." Bai Mo walked out of the abyss, dusted himself off, seemingly unmoved by the demons' plan to bury him alive along with the Calamity.

After all, Morgan had already told him what fairies were.

The Fairy Knight Gawain paused, then said coldly, "Everyone, put your hands out."

Several canine demons appeared beside Gawain, their barking chilling the spirits to the bone. Then, some of the spirits reached out their hands in bewilderment, and the next moment, a fiery red sword light flashed, like a serpent.

"Ahhh, my right hand!"

My hand, my hand!

The fairies wailed, their arms falling to the ground. Gawain sheathed his sword and said coldly, "This is just a warning. Go and find a powerful warrior with over 250,000 Morgan Pound to heal you."

"Once I rule this city, I will protect you weak fairies, but at the same time, the weak should obey the strong. This must never happen again."
