Background

Mu Yueye transmigrated before birth and recovered his previous-life memories at three. He recognized his new identity as Bei Bei’s older brother and a descendant of Shrek Academy’s Sea God Pavilion Master. Their parents died on a mission while the brothers were very young, leaving both in Mu En’s care 1.

His parents originally intended him to take his father’s surname, Mu, and grow up under Mu En’s guidance, while Bei Bei would take their mother’s surname and remain with them. Their deaths prevented that arrangement 1.

Tang Ya’s Admission and Inner-Court Enrollment

Mu Yueye volunteers to handle Tang Ya’s situation after the Tang Sect’s destruction. Working with Yan Shaozhe, he sends Bei Bei forward during her confrontation with threatening men; Tang Ya subsequently enrolls at Shrek. Mu En praises his handling of the affair 13 14 15.

After absorbing the Yin Yang Dragon Crown, Mu Yueye enters the inner court without attending the outer court. Questions about his background lead to immediate challenges: he defeats Xi Xi and Ling Luochen together, then escalates to ten opponents. Long Xiaoyao’s Test

An apparent Evil Soul Master ambush brings Mu Yueye into combat with Yan Feng. After winning, he correctly suspects that Mu En and Long Xiaoyao arranged the encounter. His first concern in the ensuing discussion is whether Zhang Lexuan knowingly participated; Mu En assures him that neither she nor Yan Shaozhe was involved 21 22 23.

Iron Blood Sect Confrontation

When the Iron Blood Sect refuses to return Tang Ya’s family memorial tablets and beats Bei Bei, Mu Yueye personally confronts its leaders. Tie Tang’s false report of an Evil Soul Master draws the city defense captains into the dispute. They ultimately order the sect to leave Heaven Dou City within three days 24 25 26 27.

Mu Yueye later secures Mu En’s conditional acceptance of Bei Bei and Tang Ya’s relationship. Privately, however, he assaults Tang Ya and threatens to arrange her death, demanding that she make no requests of Bei Bei. He conceals the confrontation from his brother 28 29.

Mu En assigns Mu Yueye missions below his combat level to broaden his experience safely, while Zhang Lexuan accompanies him closely. After more than a year, both reach Soul Ring bottlenecks 29.
