• Hu Jiu defeated Tailong and later fought his father Taino, then took in the Cat Girl and named her Hu Meier.
• Titan came to Shrek Academy seeking Hu Jiu, but the group’s battle with him ended when Tang San revealed his Clear Sky Hammer and Titan recognized his connection to Tang Hao.
• Ning Fengzhi invited Hu Jiu to join the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect, while Tang San arranged a Hidden Weapon deal with him and asked about Tang Hao.

Hu Jiu led Shrek’s Seven Devils through a Soul Ring hunt and team training in the Star Dou Great Forest while pursuing a clone-type skill of his own. After returning to the academy, he advanced his techniques, reached Level 62, and obtained the Strength Clan’s Forged Iron Hand.

• Hu Jiu challenged Li Yusong to a spar, defeated him with his techniques, and gave him a Sacred Light Ginseng.
• Hu Jiu took Xiao Wu and Zhu Zhuqing to the auction, won them matching love-themed jewelry, then led Shrek’s students in disguises to knock out Xue Beng and take his valuables.
• Dai Mubai broke through to Level Fifty, and Hu Jiu fought Liu Erlong before teleporting away with the group to begin their Soul Ring hunt.

Hu Jiu strengthened Shrek and helped Tang San awaken the Blue Silver Emperor, reunite with his mother, and gain a powerful Soul Bone. They returned to the academy, where Tang San demonstrated his new strength and Hu Jiu prepared cultivation aids for the team.
