Sun Yao and Xiao An fought desperate battles over Heaven and Earth Qi, while the survivors rebuilt their factions after the secret realm closed. Years later, Sun Yao died attempting Core Formation, Sun Chengzu reshaped the Sun Clan, and Shi Jian’s network expanded as war transformed the region.

• Sun Lin died protecting Sun Yao as she collected the Heaven and Earth Qi, and she struck Fang Zeyuan before fleeing with her companions.
• Sun Yao ordered the survivors to scatter, and Liu Qing, Zhao Pingchuan, and Sun Qiyan later died while Sun Yao hid alone and mourned Sun Lin.
• Lord Rat assembled six Demon Beasts to ambush Xiao An, who fought back with Earth and Yin Dao Heaven and Earth Qi before Lord Rat killed him and the demons suffered heavy losses.
• The Kunyuan Secret Realm reopened, and the surviving cultivators and Demon Beasts returned with their spoils as Shi Jian mourned Lei Nu and Lei Huan.
• Lord Rat helped Shu Laosan establish Yin Wind Valley, Bi Luo urged the Sacred Blood Sect to revolt, and Shi Jian's factions grew stronger over the following years.

White Cloud Temple built a foothold in Evil Water Marsh as Shi Jian united demon lineages and prepared to defend the growing settlement. The arc ends with the rival demon clans launching a three-sided beast tide against Abundant Water City.

• Yun Du sent Yun Ci to establish White Cloud Temple’s branch in Transformation Province, where Yun Ci claimed a ruined stronghold and began clearing its demonic Qi.
• Shi Yin disrupted Zhou Tianle’s Core Formation, dissolved their master-servant contract, and absorbed the Heaven and Earth Qi before forming a Golden Core and pledging to protect the Zhou Clan and Supreme Purity Sect.
• Sun Chengzu formed a Sword Dao Golden Core, raising White Cloud Temple’s standing, and the Supreme Purity Sect assigned the Temple to develop forty percent of Evil Water Marsh.
• Shi Jian led the expedition into the marsh, subdued the golden crocodile, and persuaded him to unite the crocodile lineages under Shi Jian’s protection.
• White Cloud Temple cleared the northern marsh and founded Abundant Water City, which grew as human lineages settled and demon clans gained protected habitats.
• The Venomous Flood Dragon King, Mingshui, and Wanxiang planned a three-sided beast tide, but Wanxiang secretly informed Shi Jian and agreed to make the turtles’ attack a show.
• Shi Jian called Shi Yin to join the defense and assigned the Golden Core fighters to face the rival demon generals as the beast tide reached Abundant Water City.
• Shi Jian confronted the Venomous Flood Dragon King while Sun Chengzu, Shi Yin, Golden Crocodile, and the city’s defenders fought the approaching flood dragons, turtles, and bee swarm.

Shi Jian secured Abundant Water Marsh, consolidated White Cloud Temple’s gains, and arranged support for the Sacred Blood Sect while regional powers collapsed into war. By the end, Shi Jian’s refinement of the seventh-level Demon Core had brought his breakthrough to a critical moment.

• Shi Jian drove off the Venomous Flood Dragon King, subdued the insect clan after Mingshui died, and secured the Eastern Region for White Cloud Temple.
• Shi Pan formed a Golden Core in secret and became Boulder, while Zhao Yanshan died after entrusting Zhao Xuanqing with the household’s future.
• Shi Jian killed the Venomous Flood Dragon King and his allies, then accepted the Supreme Purity Sect’s division of Abundant Water Marsh while warning its representatives of the dangers there.
• Shi Jian began refining the seventh-level Demon Core, while Yun Du strengthened White Cloud Temple and Chang He died attempting Core Formation without Heaven and Earth Qi.
• Lord Rat died and Shu Changfeng succeeded him, while Rat Second asked Shi Pan to turn his remains into a Spirit Vein and Shu Laosan sacrificed himself so Shu Jiuyin could inherit his cultivation.
• The Sacred Blood Sect destroyed the Lin Household and seized the Mysterious Water Sect’s Clear Qi and the Gang Yuan Sect’s Gang Wind Qi as the Azure Edge Sect fell to invading sects.

Shi Jian forged alliances and strengthened the Demon Race as rebellion, sea invasions, and sect warfare consumed the kingdoms. After White Crane reached Nascent Soul and the rival powers exhausted themselves, Shi Jian destroyed White Cloud Temple and launched a conquest of Ming Province.

• The white crane uncovered the Sacred Blood Sect’s use of Yao Qi and allied with Shi Jian, swearing a Dao Heart Oath in exchange for protection during his Nascent Soul breakthrough.
• Shi Jian expanded White Cloud Temple’s influence, strengthened its lands, and gave Lu Xun Violet Firmament Golden Lightning Qi, enabling him to form a Golden Core and take over the Azure Light Gate.
• Bi Luo formed a Golden Core of the Dao of Wood, then rebuilt the Sacred Blood Sect and spread Holy Blood as rebellion and massacres engulfed the Liang Kingdom.
• Ao Qin launched a sea-beast invasion of the human kingdoms while the Supreme Purity Sect abandoned much of Abundant Prefecture and mobilized for war in Liang Kingdom.
• The Grand Purity and Supreme Purity Sects, Liang Kingdom forces, and sea demons clashed as Shi Jian protected White Crane, who seized the Great Dao of Clouds and formed the Immortal Foundation [Lord Amid the Clouds].
• Nascent Soul battles spread across the continent, and Shi Jian and White Crane waited until the rival factions were weakened before deciding to attack the Liang Kingdom.
