Background
The Myriad Demon Divine Court rose to prominence in the most recent ancient era after producing a Demon Emperor who ascended to the Immortal Realm. Despite becoming a top power, its foundations were considerably younger than those of the Gu Clan 31.
Before his ascension, that Demon Emperor asked the Supreme Purity Palace to divine the court’s future. Its prediction warned that the court would provoke the Gu Clan and bring extermination upon itself. He consequently established an ancestral rule forbidding the court from provoking anyone belonging to the Gu Clan 33.
Organization and Leadership
The court united several powerful Demon Race branches rather than consisting solely of the Golden Crow Clan. Its institutions included an Elders’ Hall, military generals, and a forbidden graveyard containing former Demon Emperors and slumbering ancestors 26 33 34.

Headquarters and Defenses
- Divine palaces and halls: The headquarters contained magnificent halls and lavish palaces. Much of the complex was destroyed when the Gu Clan’s Ninth Ancestor struck Lu Jue back into it; it was subsequently rebuilt more magnificently before the invasion 26 32.
- Protective barrier: An inherited barrier guarded the court. Lu Jue activated it and ordered his generals to deploy troops and formations as the Gu Clan approached 33.
- Forbidden graveyard: Former Demon Emperors were buried here. A Half-Step Void Immortal ancestor from the court’s rise to power slept within a decayed coffin concealed in layers of the void 33.
Military Strength and Treasures
Cultivators and Armies
- The court fielded three Half-Step Void Immortals of its own during its final defense: the previous Demon Emperor, the Golden Crow Demon Ancestor, and the Grand Elder 34.
- Together with four allied factions, its coalition assembled eight Half-Step Void Immortals and three immortal weapons against four Gu Clan ancestors 34.
- Five coalition ancestors were at the peak of the Half-Step Void Immortal Realm, including the court’s Golden Crow Demon Ancestor and previous Demon Emperor 36.
- Its expedition to the Heavenly Peng Demon King’s inheritance included Peak Quasi-Emperor experts, while Lu Jun possessed a personal Quasi-Emperor Dao protector 21 25.
- The combined demon armies outnumbered the Gu Clan’s invading elites but were overwhelmed by their combat strength 36.
Notable Weapons
- Demon Emperor Bell: Lu Jue’s innate treasure and supreme Emperor weapon. It combined offensive and defensive power with abilities to seal space, imprison time, and refine laws. The Ninth Ancestor’s palm strike severely cracked it; the Gu Clan’s Peak Great Emperors later shattered it 25 26 39.
- Grand Elder’s immortal weapon: Used alongside two allied immortal weapons against the Gu Clan’s Primordial Heaven Supreme Simplicity Diagram and Book. The three weapons ultimately detonated under suppression, erasing their wielders 35 40.
- Lu Jun’s divine spear: Decorated with feather patterns and an ancient solar star, and empowered by True Solar Fire. Lü Yifei’s attack sent it into a wall and damaged its edge 24 25.
- Lu Chen’s Soul-Slaying Flying Dagger: Damaged by Gu Xuanjin’s Ten Thousand Swords Return to the Origin 37.
- Lu Ling’s replica Vast Sun God-Slaying Saber: A Quasi-Emperor replica of the Golden Crow Clan’s ultimate Emperor weapon, forged for his tenth birthday. Lu Ling could not normally activate it with his cultivation and resorted to expending his Golden Crow origin 38.

History
Persecution of Lü Yifei
After Lü Yifei offended the court, Lu Jun killed A-Yuan, and the court pursued Lü Yifei into the Azure Radiance Dao Domain. Several powers offered him shelter through membership, but none accepted his condition that they help kill the Third Prince. The court eventually crippled his cultivation; the Jade Pool Holy Land intervened to preserve his life 15.
Gu Xuanjin offered to restore Lü Yifei’s cultivation and enable him to personally avenge A-Yuan. Unlike the powers Lü Yifei had approached, Gu Xuanjin openly dismissed the danger of opposing the court 15.
Death of the Third Prince
The court joined the struggle for the Heavenly Peng Demon King’s inheritance in the Youxuan Dao Domain. Gu Xuanjin brought Lü Yifei there specifically to confront Lu Jun, while arranging for stronger experts to prevent interference 21 23.
Lü Yifei defeated Lu Jun with the Ghost God Sky Piercer. Gu Beimo and three other Quasi-Emperors killed Lu Jun’s Dao protector, allowing Lü Yifei to destroy the prince in body and soul 25.
Lu Jue’s Retaliation
Sensing his son’s death and learning of Gu Xuanjin’s involvement through a karmic deduction, Lu Jue immediately confronted the Gu Clan. Its Ninth Ancestor answered with a single palm strike that nearly killed him, damaged the Demon Emperor Bell, and hurled him back into the court’s headquarters 25 26.
The Gu Clan initially refrained from killing Lu Jue because its own prodigies were still training in the Heavenly Demon Dao Domain. After arranging their recall and consulting Gu Xuanjin, the ancestors prepared a preemptive campaign 26 31.
Annihilation Campaign
Lu Jue sought support from neighboring Demon Race powers, proposing that their ancestors restrain the Gu Clan’s elders while he personally killed Gu Xuanjin. Three prospective supporters withdrew; four factions agreed to assist but reserved the right to retreat 32 33.
The Gu Clan descended upon the court with four Peak Half-Step Void Immortal ancestors, more than sixty Great Emperors, its immortal weapon, and approximately two hundred thousand elite troops. The ancestors fought in the starry depths, while the Great Emperors moved beyond the ninth heaven and the armies clashed at the headquarters 32 34 35 36.
Nearly a month later, the court lay in ruins and its demon army had been annihilated. Lu Jue died after the destruction of his bell, exhausting his essence in a final release of World-Burning Golden Flame. The court’s three Half-Step Void Immortals also perished 39 40.
Gu Xuanjin then ordered attacks on the four supporting factions’ strongholds. News of the destruction of all five powers spread throughout the Three Thousand Dao Domains, alarming factions across the universe 40.
