Chapter Summaries

Danika killed Yangyang and Suisui when they tried to protect Kexi, while Jinhsi was struck down and Qiuyuan died after Christopher stabbed her. Grief-stricken, Kexi broke Christopher’s barrier with three Resonance Abilities, but Christopher restrained him as his body began to collapse.

• Christopher survived Qiuyuan’s giant sword attack behind a dark red barrier and fought her while Danika approached Kexi.
• Yangyang stepped between Danika and Kexi, but Danika pierced her chest and killed her.
• Suisui shielded Kexi next, and Danika pierced her chest, turning her into a rag doll.
