Dania was created by the Fractsidus as a vessel and made into a Threnodian Resonator against her will. She is uncertain whether her sole memory of a family is even genuine. Her role as an undercover agent forced her to conceal both her identity and her feelings. During the Fractsidus leader’s control, her mind remained clear while her body felt as though it were burning; she understood her actions but could not stop them. Arrival in the New World

Dania fell asleep at home and awoke in an unfamiliar world. Hungry, she woke Xiao Ling, whose willingness to cook for her made a favorable first impression. She soon discovered that the world lacked Resonance Power and Laments—and that Aleph-1’s whispers no longer disturbed her 2.
