History

Experimental world

Jiang Ping first created and named the Primordial World as an experimental Minor World. Its earliest landscape was hostile: volcanic ash filled the air, volcanoes erupted continuously, and deep abysses reached toward the world barrier. Jiang Ping established light and darkness, formed the Heavenly River and ocean, spread plant life, and planted a giant tree at the world's center. 2

The world developed from oceanic single-celled life into fish and then terrestrial life. Jiang Ping later introduced ape-men and magical creatures, upsetting the existing ecosystem; the resulting crossbreeds included Dragonkin, while native beasts began calling the first magical creatures “God-created creatures.” 2 6

The Sacred Tree Lahil became central to the conflict between the Devouring Ants and the Alliance of Myriad Races. Its contracts created the Elves and Druids, enabling a counterattack after the alliance had been driven back to the Sacred Tree. 15 16

Successive wars, continental upheaval, and cataclysms repeatedly reshaped the experimental world. By the time of its end, it had existed for 2 billion years and accumulated immense energy through the deaths, sacrifices, and Nirvana cycles of its major inhabitants. 21 39

At the end of the Devouring Era, the Ant King challenged Jiang Ping after proclaiming himself a God King. Jiang Ping responded by initiating the World Destruction program, allowing Chaos to assimilate the realm and ending the original Primordial World. 37

Pangu's creation

A later Primordial World, known as the Primordial Great Realm, was created when Pangu cleaved open Chaos with the Sky-Opening Axe. The Three Thousand Chaos Demon Gods were destroyed, and their law energy entered the forming world; Pangu spared only the heavily injured Space Demon God Yang Mei. 42

Pangu used the Taiji Diagram to separate pure from impure energy and calm earth, water, fire, and wind. The Chaos Bell suppressed primordial time and space, while Pangu himself held heaven and earth apart until the realm was stable. 42

After Pangu transformed into all things, the completed realm's barriers began resisting the external Chaos while continuously absorbing chaotic currents to strengthen itself. Pangu's Primordial Spirit divided into three portions, and his remaining merit formed the Heaven and Earth Profound Yellow Exquisite Pagoda. 42

Age of Saints

The first game test brought 100 Earth players into the Primordial World as randomly reincarnated creatures. Their intervention altered the Dragon-Phoenix Tribulation, contributing to Hongjun, Luohu, and the Ancestral Dragon attaining Sainthood simultaneously. 43 52 66 67

The three Saints' conflict nearly destroyed the realm: stars fell from their courses, causality and space-time became unstable, and the world approached collapse. Jiang Ping descended as the Creation God, reprimanded them for endangering the realm, and imposed new destinies upon them. 67 68 69

During the era that followed, the Witch and Demon Races annihilated one another. Their final formations shattered the world's landmass into the Four Great Continents, while Houtu's creation of Reincarnation helped preserve the realm's long-term stability. 201

The Investiture of the Gods Tribulation later ended with Hongjun sealing the Great Demon born from Primordial Lord of Heaven's heart, punishing the Saints for one epoch, completing the Investiture of the Gods List, and establishing the Heavenly Court. 320
