• Velin assessed the World Cluster’s worlds and concluded that the kingdom needed to develop Interstitial Space and expand its population and army before it could conquer the cluster.
• Velin asked the Moon Goddess about his uncle Odor, and she said she had found no trace of him within 100,000 light-years of the Ilarelia World Cluster.
• After the Moon Goddess departed, Velin declared the founding of the Star-Prayer Kingdom and became its first king, uniting the people beneath one flag.
